Hôtel bien situé, personnel très accueillant et parmi les meilleurs croissants de Chine à un prix abordable sur un comptoir pâtisserie situé dans le lobby de l'établissement.

J'ai séjourné ici pendant les vacances de la Fête du Printemps. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était calme et pratique, parfait pour mes besoins. Il est très proche de l'aéroport et de la gare. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, les couloirs étaient calmes, et le personnel d'étage m'accueillait toujours avec le sourire et parlait doucement. La piscine était également d'une propreté irréprochable. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

L'hôtel dispose d'installations complètes et d'un petit-déjeuner copieux. Les portiers étaient très enthousiastes et proactifs, aidant avec les bagages. La réception a patiemment répondu aux questions et a aidé en cas de problème. J'apprécie particulièrement la compréhension de Mme Tina. La piscine est également agréable et à la température idéale. J'y retournerais sans hésiter si j'en avais l'occasion.

La chambre familiale récemment rénovée est très pratique et bénéficie d'une excellente insonorisation. Son emplacement en bord de route offre une vue d'une beauté unique. Le service, quel que soit l'étage, et les options de restauration sont excellents. Le salon exécutif ne propose pas un large choix de plats, mais il est calme et confortable. La piscine et la salle de sport sont des atouts majeurs. L'encens de l'hôtel est un peu fort et âcre ; essayez de réduire votre concentration.

Excellent personnel de réception et de concierge parlant anglais, très serviable pour tout. La piscine est un quartier très agréable et le personnel y est également très sympathique. Espace SPA très cosy, beau massage (on m'a donné un bon). Le petit-déjeuner buffet de style occidental et chinois est vraiment bon, ainsi que le café (si vous prenez l'espresso de la machine). La chambre est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et confortable (j'avais une chambre king size) et propre avec beaucoup d'attention aux détails (seule la table basse avait besoin d'un peu de soin). ménage à l'arrivée). Tout le reste était parfait. J'aime aussi le fait qu'il soit demandé aux gens de se présenter avec des vêtements décents pour le petit-déjeuner.

Impeccable interior, comfortable bed, smooth check in, 7 mins walk to the mrt! Shout out to Carson from the concierge, he was really meticulous in helping me to collect some orders, walked me to the basement parcel collection area and explained the step by step in detail in getting the parcel out. Very mindful of upcoming delivery and remember what I asked for! Thank you for being on top of things. World class service!

Hotel exterior looks old but rooms are newly renovated. Comfortable bed and staff are friendly. Nothing much in the surrounding but walking distance to subway station.

Good experience overall. The room was pretty small but clean. A bit far from a subway station. Ordered an iced chocolate there. It was the worst ice chocolate I’ve ever had. It’s like you drank milk diluted with water.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean and the breakfast had many options. Would recommend.

Nice hotel, clean and the price was fair for what you get, but we were in off season so I'm not sure what it will be during regular times. The biggest issue all of us had was that the AC doesn't really work so the room is always a bit too warm to be able to sleep, none of us really slept well even though the bed is comfortable. Also can hear people outside the room all the time and I woke up many times during the night because people open the doors for other rooms in the corridor. I guess it could be nicer if the AC would work or the weather won't be too warm outside when we visited it was 35° during daytime which was way too hot for a room to not have proper AC. The bar downstairs and their beer is quite nice.

One of the best hotels I have been in China, very clean, great service and very helpful and kind staff from the door man, reception and cleaners. I really enjoyed my time there and will definetly go there again. It is very foreigner friendly in every way.

Nice hotel to stay but far away from restaurants.

Good location hotel rooms renovated but the public area a bit aged.

Perfect for a short stay. rooms are quite, clean and fully renovated. Other facilities like gym and pool quite outdated.
