Avis : Citadines Gaoxin Chengdu

We had a great stay here, the service staff was polite and helpful. We left our earplugs behind by accident and the staff helped us to retrieve it, which was a great relief. Thank you so much to Crystal Yu, the receptionist who helped us with all our enquiries. Would recommend to stay here again!!

Nice and clean apartment. Yana was helpful in telling us where we can go for food and also when I messaged to check something.

I stayed here for the ballet and had a very good experience there. Room is quiet, neat and tidy. Restaurants are within walkable distance. Also the staffs and manager at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

A short trip over weekend to Chengdu for watching musical shows and that's the reason for me staying at Citadines Gaoxin for its location, which is only 10-mins walk away from the theatre. The hotel apartment is surprisingly good in term of services and room sizes which is really values for the money. Even though there are few facilities inside the complex, you can find whatever needed near the apartment as there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The only shortcoming I could find is NO service lift in the building. It would be a bit weird and inconvenient for guests to take the same lift with the cleaning staffs who are carrying big baskets of dirty towels and bed-sheets especially during busy hours for checking out. Still, I will definitely stay again for next musical trip in Chengdu.

be cautious as there are two Citadines on the same street quite close to one another. The hotel staff was a BIT unfriendly when I checked in after my wife - they claimed I didn’t have a reservation after telling her that I would need to check in when I arrived. It was a dismissive attitude which wasn’t appropriate. The apartment was quite nice although I had trouble getting my computer to connect to the wifi l.

This hotel is officially my favorite. Can't falt it in any way. Great location, the best amenities. Very clean, the friendliest most helpful staff. Definitely worth every coin.

謝謝Lucy的幫助，總體來説感受良好，國慶沒有漲價，位置也還可以，騎車5分鐘到天府三街A口，酒店的房間有靠馬路和靠後街的，後街最近是有個工地，如果要睡懶覺的人還是要考慮一下，我是每天8點起就沒影響。 因為是套房，走廊的聲音是聽不到的，所以隔音還不錯。窗簾是100%遮光的，但是兩邊的縫隙透光有點厲害，看看酒店能不能加強一下。 早餐還可以，吃了幾天感覺差不多。 去南站和雙流機場都很方便。 還有一家馨樂庭就在地鐵口，鑒於價格有100多的差異，我覺得這家更好吧。

很滿意的一家酒店公寓，很新很周到。服務品質和硬件設施都很到位。服務員個個認真負責，雖然離市區有點遠但是周邊配套很完善，餐飲和商業也很發達，是個很好的選擇。今天Lucy還給我贈送了三份早餐，因為攜程的積分兑換早餐衹有一天的預訂是沒太注意，是個有愛心又大氣的美女。祝酒店生意興隆，下次再來住！
