The room was comfortable, and housekeeping does a great job. If your stay is for business or corporate purposes, this is a good place as it is surrounded by lots of IT and its service related businesses. As for the food and service, there is room for improvement. There is inconsistency in the local or regional cuisine. Do take note that they do serve pork (1 or 2 dishes) in their restaurant.

The front office is friendly. Fast check is in check.. Security was good with Siraj, very attentive to checking, felt safe. Breakfast was not too bad, can be better. The egg specials were very good. Housekeeping guys were polite and good at their work, too. Besides that, they have kept the rooms very clean and tidy. They provide water in refill bottles, like their sustainability efforts around the hotel. With construction nearby, the room remained silent. In room dining is tasty. Tours can be arranged for a good price. Value for money. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Dishonest receptionists refused to respect the conditions of my reservation though they are written black on white in the booking confirmation.

Nice Hotel, Clean and Reasonable price, nice location, nice staff

I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star

Great place to chill

Poor service with one Service guy. Ask me same question and call with me again. let me waiting for a long time when i checkiin at night. already share ctrip booking no. for the front center person. But need me to take room card to front center and extend again tommorrow. And no ask me help me to take my luggage to the room. Thats my second time come here. This time service very bad. First time 11/16 front center service is very good.

인도의 첫 출장에 비록 경유하는 도시로 1박만 묵었지만 호텔은 훌륭했습니다. 다만 호텔 외에 공항에서 이동하는데 어려움이 있었으며 생각보다 오래 걸렸습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 현대적이였으며 청결 했습니다. 다음에 첸나이를 온다면 반드시 다시 해당 호텔을 이용할것 입니다.
