It is indeed a very good hotel, comparatively cost wise cheaper, but not a budget hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy, though few seepage of water was found in the corridors it was cleaned immediately, little maintenance is required. I enjoyed the stay there. No complimentary breakfast and no online booking too. They have long lasting trusted regular customers. They have a vegetarian restaurant and a bar too. However the management can provide an electric water jug with coffee & tea sachets and water bottles.

We had booked a hall for Seemantham function at Anandam Hall, Hotel Maris together with lunch in this month. The rates for hall and lunch menu was nominal. The service provided by the staff during the function including organizing lunch was excellent. The lunch was fabulous - praised by all the people who attended the function. Overall the function went off well. Great👍

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel . The food , accommodation , cleanliness and hygiene was excellent and the hospitality was awesome !! Thankyou Vijay for making us experience a very good comfortable staycation 👍👌

Room is very spacious, but surprisingly no kettle or coffee pack that you will expect in any hotel these days. No complimentary water. Title too. Had to call room service every time for hot water and regular water. WiFi never worked in the room and no sincere effort made to rectify. Had to bear with no WiFi during entire stay of 7 days. Huge disappointment. Quality of food was excellent and only saving grace.
