Отель мне не понравился. Номер категории Делюкс в этом заведении считается стандарт-экономом. Очень маленькая комната, чемодан разместить некуда, окно выходит на стену дома, от этого ощущение, что находишься в шкафу. Душ льётся прямо на пол, унитаз и раковину, постоянно мокро от этого в туалетной комнате. Запах моющих средств после уборки долго не выветривался (плохая система вентиляции), от этого слезились глаза. Завтрак приносили в номер, т.к. в 9 утра в кафе была какая-то тусовка.

Petit hôtel moderne dans une quartier animé, chambre compacte propre, pas de coffre, ni de frigo, salle de bain avec consommables. Pas vraiment l'équipement d'un business hôtel, espace de travail inexistant. Buffet petit déjeuner correct. Par contre le responsable est désagréable au possible, le petit déjeuner était compris dans ma formule, il prétendait que non, ce n'est pas pour la somme, mais la façon de faire...Un escroc !

Très agréable expérience dans cet établissement où l’accueil et la satisfaction client sont les priorités du personnel. Un restaurant avec une très bonne cuisine et un service parfait grâce notamment à Mr Majnur Rahman ! Nous recommandons sans hésitation lors de votre passage à Chennai, de plus proximité avec la plage qui est très pratique.

The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean. I observed cockroaches around in the room. I kept calling the reception multiple times as hot water was not coming in the morning. Too much noise around during the night.

I am very happy. The hotel was clean, with a good location to nearby attractions. Staffs were cooperative, helpful and good. Room was clean, with all basic amenities. Bathroom was also clean, and hygiene products were provided by the management. The place was safe, with security and cctv. Overall i had a great stay.

While the hotel is in prime locality. The hotel doesn’t have the basic needs like the soap and shampoo stuff. Even the door was not working for us when we stayed and was told that it will not work. Overall it was a terrible stay for us. Not recommended when someone is staying with family.

Hotel was pretty good. The room has insects(cockroaches. The room was smaller than usual and it feels like conjusted area. Rest all the ac and utensils, bedsheets etc item was good and the area was very peaceful. Behaviour of the staffs was very good. I have booked for 3 persons, so the manager should have to give 3 sharing bed but they said that i have booked a single room so for the third person we have to book another room and that will be chargeable otherwise you have to adjust in that bed only. This is the behaviour of their manager, so al noor palace should have to be more clearer in receiving the booking from their customers.

Toilet was dirty, room very small and congested, smelled bad, but staff were polite and helpful; beach is very near in walking distance
