First time i am staying in Residency tower its very nice and good And now i am staying in club lounge its so good and silent And My Executive Assistant Dhanush he is very nice and help full for me Dhanush is very nice guy He understand my situation..He done quick check in also thank you so much dhanush for your service ..

You'll live another experience by choosing the Residency Towers. From personnel to decor and food to services, you'll be mesmerised by such a hidden beauty in the heart of Chennai. I recommend anyone travelling for business or as tourist, to make it up for at least a couple of days, just to witness the difference of living in a friendly area and posch experience.

Location is great. The house keeping staff Periyaasamy and Jagades are excellent. Paid attention to details and are very friendly. Naveen at the Bike bar makes exellent drinks eith great music even in Spanish! The food and view at the Sky are excellent. I would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Hotel room is clean. Gym is good. Breakfast was so so. Less choices and most of the time same food. Ground floor breakfast area too ***y young staffs. Can't understand and sometimes ordered food are not delivered. Need improvement on pillows and beds. Looks like too old.

We loved the ambience, hospitality and the delicious food. And we really appreciate Mr. Gowtham whose support was remarkable. Raj Hall was very neatly arranged. All enjoyed the welcome drink and the cake in the beginning. Thank you ***agement , Mr. Gowtham and the food servers.

We always stay at Residency Tower whenever we come to Chennai services are good we always love to dine in at club lounge staff DHANUSH is very friendly and welcoming… The response from him is always positive…We always return back to his service.

Amazing stay. We came at 2am last minute after a hotel we booked gave away our rooms. They accomodated us well, good clean rooms, assisted to get us transport for out far travel and the best part is the housekeeping. We took the laundry service they really did a good job and set up the room beds nicely by these guys. Definitely recommended to everyone. Please keep up the personal touches and hand writing gestures..!!

1109 staying, for 9 nights staying in the hotel, food was also very good, my room cleaning very neat cleaning, the staff ananth good service hygienic. Housekeeping ***ager Sathish, good service in the room. Thank you all the staff in the hotel.

The housekeeping supervisor and staff Mr Periyasamy , Mr Rajavel and Mr Prasanth were all very diligent and housekeeping. They have made us so in awe to see their handiwork with just towels. These three have made our stay at this hotel all that more meaningful and memorable, Tq some much

The room is very good with excellent toilet. But the restaurant timings need improvement. The breakfast time is only upto 10 am. And 10 means 10, at 10.02 am you will find everything wind off. Similarly dinner time is only upto 10.30 pm. And same here. At 10.45 pm you will find complete shutdown. Please look into this if you can increase the timings at least by breakfast upto 10.30 am and dinner till 11.30 pm.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing toilet with warm seat and very automated. the beds were lovely but the lighting system for the room was complicated to work. The shower although nice needs fixing with the shower head movements. The food variety for breakfast was great. Free wifi was great to have

The stay was really great except few minor issues . I stayed on 18th floor and The room was newly renovated and kept immaculate . The TOTO toilet wa stage highlights as I’m very surprised 4* hotel in chennai has invested such a money in to the Toto toilets . Also if you book through their website you have flexibility of 24 hours check in and out which wa spa great because my flight was early morning and I could able to check in . The services were top notch and the the top is worn for money . Only few flaws during check in as the system were down had to wait for check in . I had long flight from Melbourne and was Little frustrating. however , they ***age to cut my key and checked in . My key initially weren’t worked and asked Bell*** to bring new key but never arrived until morning . The corridor has strong aroma smell it count be bit milder not everyone fond of perfumes and aromas . The lobby furniture and elevators looks tired need renovations . The room service came without payment machine and bit struggle to communicate . The food was delicious and breakfast service was wonderful . The room was spotless and had everything you would need . Overall enjoyed and had amazing stay .

Really enjoyed my trip service was good food was good c/in and c/out experience was so good really like the behaviour of reception people special thanks to ***preet good experience with her with a good smile jinny and Rahul they are so good really thanks to residency towers .
