It also has a room that has built in twin bunk beds! Two fully equipped kitchens, chunky trim, luxury bathrooms, and private covered deck looking straight at the lake and mountains. One of the best views on the property! Not only is there so much to do on the property, there is also so much to do off property! Rent a boat (seasonal), hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (seasonal water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion. The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better! 1. Luxurious sleeping quarters with hotel linens and towels. 2. This studio is around 200-300 ft from the main house BUT if you only want to rent this studio, no problem! **THE POOL IS ONLY HEATED COMPLIMENTARY IN THE FALL & SPRING, BUT CAN BE HEATED DURING THE WINTER AT AN ADDITIONAL COST.
