Brilliant location, lovely old building. The fold out beds for kids are uncomfortable (worse than the ones at travel lodge or premmier inn). Don't bother with breakfast! Kept running out of things and didn't always replace them. Bacon inedible, sausages cheap, no nlack pudding even though it's on the menu and small portions. I would stay again but wouldn't add breakfast

Great location, lovely hotel but the room was small.

Great location for a night in the city centre. Basic room, no frills but clean. Only negative was how long the wash basin and bath took to drain. There’s obviously a problem with the drainage somewhere.

Thats a great hotel I have seen a hotel like this for the first time in my life

The hotel is very close to the Center and bus stop.

Bit dated but nice large room… good for a short trip central.

A warm, welcoming greeting from the receptionist. This hotel is maintained to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. It is also in a prime location. The facilities available were also very good. The only negative I have, is that a bedside lamp was broken - which is very minor, however, does need replacing. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for an excellent nights sleep. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is in an amazing location and the staff were excellent. But, when I booked the room it had a picture of a small double bed. When I arrived, it turned out to be a tiny single bedroom with a single bed in it. The windows didn't open at all, and the bed was way too soft. I didn't sleep at all. I did tell the receptionist at 4.30am, and again at breakfast time. They both apologised, but did nothing about it. I just feel that £102.00 is a lot to pay for no sleep.

모든게 완벽했지만 샤워기가 화장실 벽면에 고정되어 손으로 쓸 수 없어서 불편했어. 다만 서비스와 시설 모든게 완벽했어.
