Fully fenced private backyard with huge back patio w/ sitting area and grill available for you. The home is located across the street from the Greenway 11-mile walkway. The home is Close to shopping, Grocery stores, dining and Coffee shops etc. NO STEPS into this home and bathroom grab bars. Gas log fireplace and central A/C. -New on-demand hot water heater -Huge spruce trees offer privacy on the 20 x 20 deck -Across the street from the Greenway -Close to shopping, banks, and dining -Bikes and skateboards are available for use -City Bus a Block Away -Mc Donalds, City Brew, Taco John's, Chic fil a and other restaurants nearby. You'll love the huge master bedroom. It features a great king-sized bed, its own extra TV, a door to the charming deck, as well as two walk-in closets, a jet tub, a walk-in shower, and a private water closet. The two additional bedrooms are as comfortable and convenient, and they offer two super soft full-sized beds and one spacious queen-sized one. Plus, nightstands, dressers, and closets are available in all. The home has brand-new carpet throughout offering even more comfort to your stay. The Greater Cheyenne Greenway is a 10-foot wide, reinforced concrete path that can be utilized by pedestrians and bicyclists throughout the City and portions of the County. In designing and building the Greenway every effort is made to separate users from vehicular traffic via under and overpasses and separation from roadways where ever possible to provide for the safety of its users. The Greenway serves as a safe and accessible recreational corridor; a key component of transportation alternatives; an open-air science, ecology, history, and health classroom for students of all ages; and a vital public space integral in building sustainable, vibrant and healthy neighborhoods and a cohesive community. The Greenway connects neighborhoods, schools and socioeconomic divides and is a critical part of the City/County infrastructure.
