Building looks nice from the street. But the hotel is very basic. There are plenty of other hostels in the area which are cheaper and have more services (even swimming pools). Don't see much of a reason why you would select this hotel. Also it takes a 500 baht deposit.

The hotel is located near the Muslim village. So it's friendly for Muslims. There are local restaurants open from 5.30 am. If you want to go to a mountain and have breakfast and supper early, this hotel answers your question. The front desk service operates 24 hrs.

Rooms very nice good internet not to many food shops near by need a car here staff were very friendly and helpful no lift here mosque behind and calling over loud speaker many times a day and afternoon very loud

Room was clean and Bedsheets clean, but Rubbish Bin was not empty in both Bedroom or Bathroom… no big deal…. But just an observation…. Housekeeping also forgot to furnish my room with Towels, although this was quickly rectified but the Hotel Staff - who are super friendly and helpful… Receptionist advised they are a newly opened hotel (about 3 months) and the team are still settling in to running the Hotel. I would happily return…

Caveat Emptor! Worst possible hotel experience I’ve ever had in Chiang Mai. First was charged over what I paid on Agoda because I cannot go up stairs and they do not have an elevator and the room on ground floor was more per night though it looks the same as Agoda. The room is small. The TV is tiny. The hotel is loud. The location is not good. The staff is rude. The cleaning staff left trash in the room and the room smelled horrible when I arrived back at night. But they said all their staff went home and they couldn’t take the trash out for us so we had to do it ourselves. Then they charged us an entire nights stay 500 Baht for a towel with a small stain on it. This towel is no way 500 Baht so they are making a profit and ripping us off or so it feels. Everything about the stay was horrible. So many better hotels in Chiang mai.
