The location is great. There is a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Although there is no elevator but the staff helped carrying the suitcase to upstairs. The room (on the third floor) is not like in the picture. The bed sheet is not quite clean and there is a hole in it. The curtain does not block the sunlight, so it is too bright to sleep in the early morning.

Old but lovely hotel. Stayed in a budget room and it was comfy enough but floor cover and bathroom were little disappointing. Furthermore there were flights at night so little annoying. But, everyone working there was so friendly and nice. They didn't mind to help me no matter what I asked. Wanna visit there again if I visit the city again!

The hostel is in good location in Nimman area, close to pubs and community malls. Highly recommended. There are no bathroom amenities so bring your own. Laundry service is available ($4 for wash and dry) Warm welcome from staff and the owner.

Located in the Nimman upmarket sector of Chiangmai this hostel is well priced and very welcoming. I took the most expensive room at around US$20/night, a double bed with en-suite bathroom and shower. Staff are friendly. If you want a longer, cheaper stay there are dorm rooms and a self help kitchen.
