The room is happily situated, quiet and away from busy streets, yet you can reach the busy streets with just two turns. Very near to the ancient temple. Don’t forget to come to Chiangmai on a Sunday because of the Sunday market- jar dropping night market unseen ever. We settled in the pool access room on G/F. WiFi is fast. Everything is clean. The staff is all nice.

Location is ideal for the old town, lots of massage and food places nearby. Staff were friendly. Breakfast made to order and delicious.

Room is big enough and clean, having smart TV for netflix.
You may park behind the hotel which is safe.
Breakfast not bad but not a full buffet.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location, very close to the old part of Chiang Mai, to some beautiful temples and to the street market. Our room was clean and the staff was always helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Room size is good. No bathtub but shower cube is big. For this price I think it’s a pretty good deal. Enjoy the night at the balcony. There is a temple opp and they hit a bell at 5am I guess as alarm for the monks 😨
But overall it’s good.

This T.Heritage was a really nice hotel where the staff were very good although the English was difficult at times.
The hotel was well situated within a comfortable 5 to 10 minute walk to most points of interest.
There was a very good selection for breakfast from an a la carte menu cooked to order with a buffet which included fresh fruits, salads, pastries, yoghurts and soup of the day. Although the latter were in small volumes, the beauty of this were that they were kept fresh by being regularly replaced.
We had an Executive Suite (King) room with Private Balcony which was a very good size and well furnished. That said, a smaller room may not have been sufficient.
There was a good supply of bottled water provided.
Overall, this was a perfect hotel for a 6 night stay and for the price.
We would definitely consider staying again if we returned to Chiang Mai.

Hotel has really nice decor. But I wouldn’t recommend staying in old town as there is nothing to do there. Most of the restaurants and bars are located outside old town.
Rooms are beautiful and big. They have Netflix and prime on the tv which is a big plus. The pool is small. The restaurant is not open all day but there is a hotel across that serves food all day.
