The customer service was the best. The staffs were very kind, friendly and understanding. It is a beautiful villa and comfortable rooms. I enjoyed my stay there.

The location is a bit far from everything. It's very local though which you can see the real neighbourhoods without tourists. There are restaurants and small shops around so getting daily supplies is not a huge problem. The room is big with its little private garden but the bathroom needs some more attention. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste in my room but I had mine so not a big deal.

치앙마이 다녀본 리조트 호텔 중에 청소를 제일 잘 하는 곳 입니다 조식도 현지 가정식 먹는 것 처럼, 매일 메뉴도 다르고 저는 만족하고 빵이랑 베이컨 등도 준비 되어 있어 좋았어요 수영장은 깊지 않아 위험하지 않아요 매니저가 영어를 잘 해서 의사소통에 문제가 없어요 방을 업그레이드 받아서 기분도 좋았어요 모두가 친절한 곳 입니다! 위치가 살짝 애매하긴 하지만 그랩으로 잘 다녔어요 참치마켓도 다녀왔어요

很有特色的villa 有泳池，房間很寬敞，布草乾淨整潔 服務人員非常熱情，看到你無論當時他們在幹什麼都會放下手裡的事情來和你打招呼，早餐豐富。 有一衹小黑貓和一衹小白貓，如果你喜歡貓，請給他們帶貓罐頭或者大賞小費給小黑貓，小黑貓比較粘人，白貓有點兇。

離清邁市中心4公里路附近就有快速路，可以到各個景區去也很方便，開車衹要半個小時到機場大概也需要20分鐘

挺好、就是可能位置比較偏僻、附近也沒什麼景點、就比較少人去住，環境設施維護就稍微欠缺，但也有好處就是清靜。酒店沒有拖鞋牙刷之類，中途用一下電熱水壺直接斷電了、好在也聯絡到酒店人員及時得到了解決

직원들이 매우 친절했고 그래서 고마웠습니다. 코로나로 인해 여행객이 줄어서인지 시설이 잘 관리되고 있지 않은 것 같습니다. 청소는 잘 되어 있었지만, 욕실 물이 잘 빠지지 않았어요. 위치가 불편했어요. 숙소 바로 가까이에 있는 로컬 식당이 매우 좋았습니다.

家裡停電臨時去住了一晚，當晚好像衹住了兩間房，衹有一個服務人員，似乎因為疫情有些荒廢，但如果對外圍再收拾一下會很棒，酒店有泳池，房間面積也很大。
