Tout d’abord, l’emplacement. L'hôtel est situé juste en face du centre de Chiang Rai, qui est un important centre commercial. Très pratique pour faire du shopping. Deuxièmement, la chambre a l'air un peu démodée. Troisièmement, la propreté peut être améliorée car il y avait encore des mèches de cheveux sur le sol et le tapis sur le sol des toilettes présentait des taches de saleté. Quatrièmement, le buffet du petit-déjeuner n'est pas très bon. Cependant, le personnel de l'hôtel offre un excellent service et est toujours prêt à vous aider. Excellent location, quiet et encore à quelques pas de tout: bars, restaurants et massages autour de l'hôtel et du marché de la nuit, marché samedi, tour de montre et station de bus sont tous très proches. Le petit déjeuner buffet était décent pour un hôtel dans cette gamme de prix. L'hôtel lui-même est comme s'étant retrouvé en temps. Il aurait été très classique il y a 35 ans, mais maintenant l'élégance est vieillissante. Le panneau de commande situé près du lit ne tourne plus la musique et vous devez savoir ce que font les autres contrôles. (par exemple, le commutateur marqué ”TV” fonctionne la lumière du lit. ) Les chambres sont grandes avec une salle de bain décente avec une salle de bains appropriée. J'ai été là deux fois, dans une chambre supérieure (le niveau le plus bas) et ensuite dans un Deluxe. La superpose n'avait pas de points de puissance dans la chambre, mais seulement dans la salle de bain. (Elle ne connaissait pas beaucoup d'anglais, donc je lui ai montré une photo de l'un sur mon téléphone et elle s'est dégagée et a eu une.) Puis je pouvais plug-in dans tout via le socket de la télévision. La piscine est étrange, froide et forte, entourée de murs de béton et située sur le sol. Le seul vrai négatif est le wifi. C'est horrible et extrêmement bizarre. J'ai eu plusieurs appareils connectés au même point d'accès, mais je suis dirigé par DHCP à différents routeurs! Le personnel de la première chambre n'avait pas de idée de ce qui se passait. La large bande sur votre téléphone en Thaïlande est bon marché (150 baht/mois pour AIS 4G) donc ce n'est pas la grande partie qu'elle aurait jamais été.

Je n'attendais pas beaucoup sur la base du prix que j'ai payé et n'en avais jamais entendu. À partir d'être salué au lobby, recevoir un beau verre de bienvenue avec un contrôle rapide et efficace, je me demandais si je suis dans le bon endroit. J'étais très impressionné. À l'entrée dans ma chambre, je me suis une fois de plus surpris. La chambre était beaucoup plus grande que les photos qui ont été laissées. Le porte-man était grand et nous avons fini de courir entre nous une nuit dans un pub et nous avons eu quelques sourires. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Ayant quelque chose pour tous. Le Sann sera maintenant mon hôtel de choix dans la zone CR pour les voyages futurs. Merci au merveilleux personnel pour rendre le voyage mémorable.

Ils ne m'ont pas donné mon nom d'utilisateur et mon mot de passe Wi-Fi, alors j'ai essayé d'appeler, mais il n'y avait pas de téléphone dans la pièce. Lorsque j'ai appelé le téléphone indiqué sur Trip.com, le siège de B 2 a répondu au téléphone et m'a ensuite connecté à cet hôtel. J'ai essayé par téléphone, mais je ne comprenais pas la prononciation anglaise, alors je suis allé à la réception et j'ai obtenu le mot de passe et l'identifiant Wi-Fi...
Hmm… Je pense qu'il aurait été préférable de nous le faire savoir à l'avance lors de l'enregistrement !
Pour les autres, je vous recommande de vous enregistrer lors du check-in puis de monter dans votre chambre 🙂⭐️
Votre cadre de lit sent le vieux bois ? J'étais gêné par l'odeur de moisi, mais dans l'ensemble, cela a bien fonctionné.
La douche de la salle de bain est un peu courte.
Pourtant, c'est pratique pour sortir et s'amuser en raison de l'emplacement.
Il y avait une laverie ouverte 24h/24 juste en face de l'hôtel, donc c'était facile de se laver et d'aller et venir. Je le recommande si vous avez besoin de faire une pause et de faire la lessive.

I stayed here a few times before and love it here. I am happy to see that they can make it looks as good as what I have in my memories, after the big floods. The river may not be the most beautiful river but the landscapes of the hotel gave a very good complement to it. Breakfast was very good, as always.

It’s a nice and unique hotel, location is very near to the Blue temple which means you better have a car, we have no problem on this, just found it too dark to find the way back to the hotel at night. Our experience was half n half with this hotel, we booked two nights, on the first night with river view, we like the interior with reasonable space, the hotel is building more blocks which start hammering at 8am, on top of that we didn’t sleep at all during the night because it had strange sound from the ceiling, we were on the 4th (top ) floor and it was probably the generator of the air conditioning, the sound came every 15 minutes, so we didn’t sleep n were so tired. We told the front desk next morning and they changed the room for us and upgraded to the pool access room. It was good to have access to the pool directly from your room. Breakfast was nice and have variety of choices. I’m not sure if I will choose this hotel if I go again, I rather have a good sleep than a horrible night even they upgraded us the second night, they didn’t ask how we were when we checking out, seems the upgrade sorted everything, not bothered to tell us why there was noice and not care about any feedback!!

IInvitéStayed in room 208 for 4 nights. The check in process was straightforward with only admin being a signature and payment to be dealt with. I paid in cash, but you can also pay with a card for an extra 3%. Being a poshtel, the only shared parts were the common areas, kitchen and bathrooms. There were common areas by landing on each floor and these were really nice places just to chill out. I think there was also an attached restaurant or cafe but I never saw anyone in there and I never went in either. My room had a bed, a chair, AC and a fan. The mattress was very firm even by Asian standards. It was definitely firmer than I'm accustomed to and some people will find it rock hard. There is a small table, but it's more like a ledge so it's difficult to work on unless you have e.g. a small laptop. There’s an electrical point by the table, but the bed is located so far that the hostel has provided an extension cord. There's also a bin and laundry basket in your room. Staff will clean and tidy up your room every morning as well as providing a bottle of water every day of your stay. Otherwise, the room is quite small and you wouldn't want to spend your free time in there. My room was on the 2nd floor. There were three toilets and three showers. There was no trouble getting warm or hot water from the showers. The one shared kitchen was also on the second floor. This had a large table with eight chairs, a microwave, plates, utensils and free water. All of the common areas were cleaned regularly. Although the bathroom was generally very clean, some of the silicone had mould. Nothing scary though. There were two super fast computers near the kitchen. I'm sure these would’ve been useful 10 years ago when smartphones weren’t as ubiquitous. Location wise the hotel is about 10 minutes from the centre of town but everything else is close by including bars, restaurants, cafes and massage places. The night market and clock tower are about a 5 minute walk. Overall I had a fantastic stay, the front office and staff are friendly, and do a great job. The reception area has brochures for tourists and the front office can also arrange these for guests. The rooms do have a quirky design but nothing that would make you want to leave. The location is excellent with everything you need close by. I would happily stay here again or recommend it to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.

Nnakorn thepI stayed at The Riverie by Katathani for a night and I was very impressed by the hotel. The location is great, right by the Kok River and with a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Lanna style and golden motifs. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. I especially loved the balcony where I could enjoy the river view and the fresh air. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of dishes and a different Northern Thai food every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they always greeted me with a smile. The hotel also has a large pool, a fitness center, and three restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend The Peak, a romantic rooftop restaurant with a 180-degree view of Chiang Rai. The food and wine were delicious and the service was excellent. The Riverie by Katathani is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Chiang Rai. I would definitely come back again.

IInspire28916027656This was in a good location, close to the market and bus station. The place was very clean. Each person was provided a bottle of water in the fridge. There was a freezer as well which was great. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. They even had free bikes you could rent. They also had a self serve washer which was 40THB and dryer which was 60THB. There was a small pool in the lobby that was only open from 8a-8p. The only negative was that it required a 500THB deposit in cash which could be a problem if it's your last day in Thailand. For those familiar with hotels in the US, it's comparable to one of the nicer Comfort Inns.

La chambre que nous avons séjournée était Deluxe, à 2 000, au 2ème étage. La chambre dispose d'équipements complets. Le rail de vêtements est un peu court. Parce qu'il n'y a pas de garde-robe salle de bains disponible S'il y a une partition de zone de douche, il serait mieux. Il y a un petit balcon.

IInvitéHotel was clean, staff were professional and friendly. Location of hotel was walkable distance to everything we needed and wanted to explore. Nearby cat cafe, night bazaar and market, restaurants, massages and bus station. Forgot one of my items of clothing at the hotel and they were kind enough to mail it to my hotel in Bangkok for me to pick up. Quality service.

IInvitéChainarai Riverside Recreation Centre is an underrated 5 Star hotel which will blow your mind! The hotel is huge with vast grounds, multiple parking lots, and lush tropical greenery. Located beside the Kok River, it is a grand architectural marvel of well appointed rooms, suitable for solo travelers, couples and families. The two bedroom suite has a King bed with bathtub, twin beds with rain shower, a living room, 3 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 3 ACs, ceiling high wardrobes, 3 huge balconies with full riverside views and amazingly firm comfortable beds. The building materials and fittings of the newly renovated hotel are of a quality that surpasses even 5 star hotels. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and has a generous menu to get your day started. The salad bar had the freshest vegetables I have ever eaten in any hotel....or restaurant. This hotel screams CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN...you can practically walk barefooted everywhere! For USD89/3,000 THB a night for the suite with breakfast (USD33/1,130 THB for Deluxe King), I'm wondering if they priced the room rates wrong, as other 5 star hotels would cost 2-3 times more...and their room size would not even be as big (112 sq m for the Suite, 39 sq m for King). For a peaceful and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai, Chainarai Riverside is the ultimate luxury getaway.

MMaogaoLe personnel est très bien placé pour les objets qui manquent dans la chambre. La chambre était adéquate, comme la salle de bains, mais la salle de bains avait vraiment des planchers glissants. Les rencontres commencent à 5h30. Il y a une belle chambre commune avec un petit réfrigérateur, plats, micro-ondes, eau chaude et café instantané. Il y a aussi un petit réfrigérateur dans notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est disponible pour 50 bahts, ce qui est inférieur à 3 $. Le personnel (en particulier le personnel du jour) s'en sort pour vous aider à donner des conseils, organiser des taxis, etc. Comme c'est utile et agréable. Vous pouvez y aller dans 10-15 minutes.

SSharco77Le B2 Night Bazar Chiang Rai est très facilement accessible de AH1. Étant donné que l'hôtel n'a pas de fauteuil roulant, nous avons choisi une chambre au 1er étage avec un lit double, puisque les lits doubles ont été déjà attribués le jour de l'arrivée (dimanche). La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont petites. Il dispose d'un miroir, petite télévision avec mauvais signal, cuisson à eau, café soluble, 2 bouteilles d'eau, réfrigérateur, petite cuve avec hocker, outils de bain, air conditionné et garde-robe. Les zones de dépôt pour 2 personnes avec bagage sont insuffisantes pour Nous. Le signal WiFi est bon. La chambre est en gris (concentration visuelle), les câbles électriques déplacés sont peints sans goût avec une couleur grise. Lors de l'entrée, le personnel a été amical, et la rencontre avec la pompeuse a été amicale. Les couches de lit ont été changées, malheureusement, il faut envisager de nouvelles parce que des endroits visibles étaient disponibles. La propreté dans la chambre solala. La nuit du dimanche est 640. - lundi 610. - THB plus dépôt 500. - THB pour la carte clé. Malheureusement, rien pour nous.
