Llilyrosejanehotel is overall clean and able to request various type of pillows as well as garment steamer. however, staff is unfriendly and did not offer help during check out. one of the guests' park his car right outside the hotel lobby while he was still drinking coffee slowly inside the reception, testing out the hand creams etc. as a result, due to the limited space, it was impossible for our car to enter the lobby to load our luggages. after politely asking the staff to assist, he turned a blind eye and stayed idle. note that no one is supposed to park right outside the hotel except for pick-up and drop-off. distasteful experience!

Breakfast is delicious come with many local specialties. Beef soup is good. Hotel also has supper offer at TWD 250 per pax. The food is good as well. I like the fish fillet.

HHsiaoli ShenJ'ai choisi cet hôtel car il est proche de la gare, étant venu spécialement pour assister au Festival des fanfares de Chiayi.
La chambre était correcte, mais le lit était très confortable. Je me suis endormi vers 22h et ne me suis réveillé qu'à 7h le lendemain matin – huit heures de sommeil bien méritées.
L'insonorisation laissait à désirer : j'entendais constamment des bruits mécaniques et la pression de l'eau fluctuait sous la douche 😅. Mais pour une seule nuit, c'était acceptable.
Le choix au petit-déjeuner était limité, mais les toasts et les brioches vapeur, faits maison par le restaurant de l'hôtel, étaient plutôt bons.
Ce jour-là, on nous a même offert une tranche de melon ! Le service était donc très appréciable.

IInvitéJ'ai passé un séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel ! L'emplacement est incroyablement pratique, à quelques pas de la gare de Chiayi, avec 小北百貨 et un 7-11 à proximité. Le personnel était sympathique et attentionné. Ils nous ont gentiment permis de stocker nos bagages avant l'enregistrement et après le départ, ce qui a rendu notre voyage beaucoup plus facile. Ils ont également fait tout leur possible pour préparer des oreillers supplémentaires lorsque nous les avons demandés, et ils les avaient prêts à notre retour du dîner.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet proposait une variété d'options occidentales et *********. Bien que la nourriture soit correcte, elle était suffisamment copieuse pour commencer notre journée. L'hôtel se trouve également à 15 minutes à pied du marché nocturne, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement la cuisine et les magasins locaux.
Ma famille et moi avons séjourné ici avant et après notre voyage au mont Ali, et nous avons même prolongé notre séjour en raison d'un typhon. Nous nous sommes sentis bien reposés et avons apprécié notre séjour. Lorsque les lits doubles n'étaient pas disponibles, le personnel combinait deux lits simples, créant ainsi un couchage spacieux et confortable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette attention particulière. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son côté pratique, son service chaleureux et son hébergement confortable !

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

AAom Krajibnoi• L'hébergement est très bien situé, juste en face de la gare routière de Chiayi. Il y a une station de location de vélos électriques.
• L'enregistrement s'effectue à 13h. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, mais heureusement, j'ai eu une chambre au deuxième étage. Le personnel était serviable et m'a aidé à monter et descendre mes bagages. Il n'y a pas de consigne à bagages. Le départ s'est fait avant midi, ce qui était très bien.
• La chambre était assez grande, avec suffisamment de place pour une valise de 74 cm. Il y a un sèche-cheveux et une baignoire avec eau chaude pour un bain de pieds. Le shampoing sent bon, mais il n'y a pas de climatisation, ce qui donne une impression de chaleur. Heureusement, il y a un petit ventilateur. La chambre n'est pas insonorisée.
