The hotel accommodation is acceptable, typical of Hilton in the USA. We have no major issues it serves its purpose for us.

It's a fabulous hotel, excellent service and location

I visited this hotel with my girlfriend and it was a good experience as it was close to downtown and close to several convenient areas.

Closed swimming pools 😭

Overall: We had a great time staying in this hotel. Would recommend to all family & friends (+) Location: Good. Walking distance between 10-15mins to Michigan Ave, Riverwalk, & places of interest. A supermarket next door & Whole Food Market around the corner. Took 10 mins cab ride from Union train Station to the hotel. Staff: Friendly, polite, helpful staffs. Room Amenities: clean, comfy beds, complete with toiletries, coffee maker, fridge, iron, hairdryer. (-) No microwave & no drinking water bottle provided. Unless there’s water dispenser provide at corridor which were unaware. Was looking for signage.

Well located hotel a short walk from tube station and bus stops Friendly and attentive staff Room stocked with tea/coffee facility, (empty) mini fridge which suited me Bed was comfortable with a choice pillows and there were proper blackout blinds There was a desk area, perfect for catching up with work emails I’d book again, preferably in Summer to enjoy the roof top swimming pool

酒店地處市中心，位置極佳，華麗一英里或稱壯麗大道，其實就是名品一條街，芝加哥河倒是很美，每條街都有橋橫跨其上，密西根湖太大了，天氣多變，晴空突然就濃雲密佈，觀景逛街還行。停車比較貴，但還算方便，去機場比較堵，須提前出門。附近吃飯很方便，退房也很快，就是入住時按金75美元，退房時又預授權137美元，扣除停車費62美元，又佔款未入帳額度75美元，至今7天過去，預授權共150美元未解除，效率沒眼看，總體還算滿意。

入住過程中因為樓層與訂單不相符有些不快，酒店在這方面處理非常不妥，切記這裏所謂的高樓層可能是7樓，但是trip很好溝通和解決了這個問題。

酒店所在的地理位置非常優越，步行就可以到達主要的城中景點，包括藝術館，市中心，高樓夜景等，非常適合City Walk的旅行族。當然，商務出行也非常便利，搭乘地鐵需要步行一小段路，但也可以接受。酒店的早餐是自助，雖然種類不多，但是完全滿足需求，水果，肉蛋奶均有。當時辦理入住時已經是晚上9點，前台還送了曲奇餅，這一點非常貼心。非常滿意的一次入住。
