Very good location. There is a huge garage right beside the hotel building. The room is very outdated and not very clean. Front desk staff really need more training. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL.

One of the best locations in the Loop. Classical hotel with great amenities, although rooms feel dated.

It’s a historic hotel and it is so pretty inside.
However if u don’t like old hotels then it won’t be an ideal place to stay. Might be a little creepy but still worth to visit.

This is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures).
I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago

Gorgeous, grand historic hotel. Located in downtown Chicago. Conveniently located to stores, transportation, parks, eating establishments, the lake, and entertainment! Love Chicago!!!

Beautiful lobby but dated rooms. Hardly any amenities provided. No coffee machine or kettle, so inconvenient to get hot water. Staff wasn’t very friendly either. Location really convenient though.
