Built with the utmost attention-to-detail by an acclaimed interior designer this Union Pier property is the best that Southwest Michigan has to offer. The main house has four bedrooms with an open floor plan on the 1st floor including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The finished basement has additional sleeping space for 2 people (2 twin beds) and a large sectional couch. Lake views are visible from almost everywhere in the main home. Outside you will find a huge deck with an outdoor fire pit, a screened-in porch with an eating area, hammocks, lounge chairs, and tons of additional space for entertaining or relaxing. The property sits on a private beach with 100 ft of lakefront. You will have the beach to yourself all day and can have campfires on the beach every night. Directly behind the main house you will find an adorable cottage used as a guest house which allows for privacy away from the main home. The guest house includes its own kitchen and living room with pull out couch and fireplace on the first floor. The 2nd floor includes a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a loft sleeping area, and a living area with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. This home was built with all high-end material and no expenses were spared. Located in the heart of Union Pier, it's minutes away from popular restaurants and only 10 minutes from downtown New Buffalo. The description doesn't do this house justice.
