Our family stay at Prana Lodge and Beach House was a positive surprise. Accommodation is upscale with attention to detail with beautiful rose filled vases. The main hotel area looks a bit dated with contrasting and disjointed decor. Suites are large and comfortable with pristine, white towels and luxurious beds. Housekeeping is Heather's department and she does an amazing job in ensuring every guest request is swiftly attended to. Rooms are always fresh and welcoming and the evening turn down service is thorough. The complimentary coffee station with wholesome crunchies as well as unlimited, still mineral water were great. We were fortunate to be upgraded to The Beach House which is a newly renovated luxury space where we enjoyed and appreciated our last two days without leaving. Food at Prana is generally good and served hot. The well thought out breakfast menu is tasty offering delicious omelettes. Croissants are served crisp and hot. Set Dinner Menus are tasty although I found far too many contrasting flavours. After adventuring out to local eateries, we all agreed that Prana, does indeed, serve quality meals with effort and care. Hospitality staff are approachable and friendly. Service is noteworthy- thank you. The Spa is fabulous. All treatments were world class. Therapist work hard and the essential and aromatherapy oils used are good quality. The environment is quiet and relaxing. A truly special service! We loved Prana Lodge but found the surrounding area rather limited. Thanks to Andre, Simba and their dedicated team who all contributed to a wonderful family getaway👌

From the minute we arrived till we drive out the gate, our short stay at Prana was exceptional in all aspects! The turquoise suite was spacious and stylish, the food was exceptional and perfectly presented. The wellness centre was luxurious and such a spoil! The breakfast overlooking the sea was so relaxing. Small attention to detail make this place special together with the staff that all go out of their way! The only tiny gripe is the access to the beach…the stairs could be extended to reach the beach. I would definitely return…just for longer! Thank you for my birthday spoil!

The most amazing hidden gem - a true luxury lodge ! The Suites are awesome they have everything you absolutely you will need one doesn't want to leave the room. Highlights were the private plunge pool, the outdoor shower and the enormous comfortable bed. Treat yourself for at least 2 nights you will not be sorry. Will definitely go back there.

You would swear you are in another country. Always friendly and courteous service. The private beach and the Diamond Villa are my favourites. A gem within the Eastern Cape. As a result I go there every month to rejuvenate my spirit

This was my 2nd visit to Prana Lodge and my experience exceeded my expectations by far. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in South Africa, Prana is a haven of tranquility. The staff could not be more attentive and interested in ensuring their guests have a good experience. I extended my stay from 3 to 7 nights, I think that says it all …

We stayed at Prana 18-22 Dec for a private family/wedding function. The site itself was clean whilst feeling like you were walking through the forest with nature surrounding you. The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you, special thanks to Heather, Kay, Elvis, Andre, Sharon & Simba for their help throughout our stay. The suite was beautiful with its own private garden/pool area - we had a visit from the family of monkeys! Our only comment for the tanzanite suite would be the option of having an indoor shower as it was either take one outside or run a bath which weren’t ideal if we got back late. We only had breakfast in the restaurant and again, the staff were brilliant and the food was delicious. If you are vegetarian make sure to clearly state this with ‘no meat’ when ordering as a couple menus differed slightly with their offerings (French toast & omelette). The beach access may be tricky for some but if you are able to, definitely take the stroll for a wonderful view. Truly a 5* stay. We hope to visit Prana Lodge again!

We had a wonderful stay. When we were shown the room, we were stunned by how big it was. Every little detail was considered, also in the service provided. Excellent dinners, beautiful breakfast - it was a real treat for us to be there.

Our stay at Prana Lodge was amazing. Diamond villa was exceptional. From the first moment we arrived, the service was next level, the staff are super friendly and helpful! Food was wonderful, every meal a celebration. The short walk to the beach is beautiful. Spa was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you Prana Lodge!

Prana Lodge: first visit & definitely not the last. On arrival, the airport transfer arrangements were hospitable. Communication with us upon arrival from the lodge was excellent to ensure that we had met with the correct person at the airport. Warm Welcome from reception. Our rooms were heated on arrival because the weather was cold. Food was delicious, The staff there are so professional & do not constantly bother you. Daily baths were run & prepared for us on. What an Absolutely Amazing, Relaxing & Rejuvenating Experience. The food was fresh however could be a bit more flavorful. The beach access was quite a hike, we would have appreciated an easier access point or approach. The Lodge, The Staff, The facilities, The Spa experience, The Rooms & Overall Service were all Excellent
