"Superbe hôtel avec tout ce qu'il faut ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est gargantuesque ils ont pensé à tous! Avec ma femme nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre et le lit king size, les piscines sont extras.... Vraiment un moment hors du temps je recommande fortement ce complexe hôtelier ! Nous y reviendrons !! Merci pour cet accueil..."

"Lovely hotel, this was our second visit. As it was out of season, October, it was very quiet, which we quite liked. Good weather and the beaches deserted. The hotel is very clean, our room, No. 5 was comfortable with a lovely terrace, table and chairs and 2 sunloungers. We had an internal view but as we only stayed for 4 nights this didn’t matter and we got the sun on the terrace. The pool area was deserted but you could still use the sunloungers and swim if you wanted to. The pool bar however was closed which was understandable as it was so quiet. All other bars and restaurants were open."

"L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement imbattable à 50 mètres de la plage de La Regla et avec vue sur le sanctuaire de partout. L'espace piscine est beau et agréable, même si la piscine est extrêmement petite et a des horaires incompréhensibles pour ne pas être surveillée (de 13h00 à 19h00 en plein mois d'août). Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet et même s'il est modeste, il contient un peu de tout, il est très bon. Il vaut mieux ne pas commander le repas de midi, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très bon. Les chambres sont grandes même si elles sont également vétustes, c'est comme si elles manquaient d'entretien. Vieilles moquettes, ascenseur très lent, câbles traversant les murs, télévision qui diffuse peu de chaînes, les climatiseurs ne fonctionnaient pas bien du tout... Certaines chambres que nous avions avaient un balcon de 10 m2 et d'autres pouvaient à peine contenir une chaise... Le super sympa personnel, propreté passable. Nous avons été à l'aise mais la qualité est plus ou moins celle d'une auberge, pas pour le prix qu'elle a. Nous ne le répéterons pas."

"If you can't find another option and have no choice but to stay overnight in Chipiona, fine. If not, you'd better look elsewhere, because this one leaves a lot to be desired. The location is unfortunate, right on the road in a somewhat abandoned area. When I arrived, I found it closed and with a phone number I had to call about 10 times to get it answered. The rooms, although clean, are quite basic. The bathroom lacks basic amenities, such as a floor towel or a bar of soap or shower gel. I think it's the bare minimum for the price you have to pay (€40 in September). The only positive aspects are that there's parking and air conditioning. There's no security at the entrance to the hotel, as they leave both access doors unlocked, and anyone can sneak in."

"A really lovely hotel right on the beach from the penthouse room on the top floor. The staff are really friendly and accommodating and are always on hand to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable."

"I cannot describe the shock, pain and frustration this hotel has inflicted on me. I had meticulously planned every detail of my wedding, carefully handling the dress with white gloves, only for the owner and cleaner to carelessly move the dress and store it in the garage! It was dirtied and damaged ONE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. To make matters worse, the female owner was upset and pleading to make things better, only for her husband to deny anything ever happened and she then proceeded to lie and pretend nothing happened. Despite evidence (see photos) they showed no compassion, care or accountability for what they did, which I find disgusting and shocking. I will forever remember and never forgive the hotel owners for what they did, the dishonesty they expressed and the lies they continue to stand by. I look forward to justice being served."

"We came to relax and relax we did! Amazing place, friendly staff, everywhere was spotlessly clean, everything was just right for what we needed. We went Premium with a swim up room, would highly recommend this especially with kids! Food was nice, we loved the breakfast and evening meal selections. Snack bar had Pizzas, Burgers and hot dogs which were all quality! We've stayed in some great hotels previously and this could be possibly the best so far! Would definitely return! Thank you all at Best Village Hotel!"
