小而美的酒店

Located down a very quiet side street this hotel provided a friendly and smart base for a weekend in the city. It was a shame they weren’t able to assist with any transport from the airport, nor offer an early check in on my arrival, but I’d certainly consider staying again. The check in process was the most casual I’ve ever experienced in a hotel but getting the physical key to my room on the first floor was a quick process. There is no lift in the building and there are steps to enter and around the corridors, so bare that in mind. My room was modern and spotlessly clean with good lighting throughout. The decor gave a cosy homely vibe and it would have been fine for a long stay with plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable with electric sockets at both sides and decent pillows and cushions. The TV was a good size, there was standard hot drink making facilities but the mini fridge was switched off and I couldn’t find a way to turn it on. The wifi was fast and stable throughout the property and and the room remained silent throughout my stay. The air-conditioning was brilliant and very effective. The bathroom was a good size with the shower above the bath. It didn’t have the best power and the toiletries were very small, but again it was perfectly clean and in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor is only open for breakfast but this was really enjoyable. Food is cooked to order rather than being a buffet which made a nice change, and the portion sizes were large and well cooked. Plenty of pastries were provided with the English option and although a small space with only a handful of tables it had a good atmosphere. All the staff throughout my staff were friendly and had a good grasp of English, which helped with arranging taxis and recommendations etc. It calls itself a boutique hotel and certainly lives up to that category - if you’re looking to base yourself somewhere quiet and cosy I’d highly recommend.

The hotel is okay. It's nice and clean, but it's not worth the money. The service could be better the wifi was terrible. It's not a 4-star hotel, just a regular average hotel. But I don't think I would return here when I'm in the area again, that's about it!!

Моё пребывание в отеле : Лифта нет ,туалетных принадлежностей нет ,салфеток нет ,воды не дали . Хорошо что рядом ,пошли и купили .Всё на сайте написано, что включено в стоимость ,а в живую этого нет.Единственный плюс -чисто . В номере на кровати ,матрас ужасный ,весь в пружинах ,лежать просто невозможно . На ресепшене девушка Юля ,не приветливая ,даже не поздоровается и это сотрудник ресепшена ?!Как будто к ней домой пришла. Внешний вид не соответствует отелю ,не презентабельно ,даже нет бейджика имени (и я это на минуточку 4 звёзды)Она даже не сидит на своём рабочем месте ,постоянно её нет на ресепшене.Хочу обратить внимание руководство отеля ,кого они берут на работу .А так можно остаться и без клиентов .Никому не рекомендую за такие деньги ,останавливаться в этом отеле .
