The location is close to the highway and hence convenient. The property is good. There is reserved parking available.

Rooms were not clean and washrooms were also in very bad condition. When we entered the room the door was open as it was used.

Toilet flush is not working, so i called reseption still they have not cleared the issue whant refund payment for this hotel

Washroom was very dirty and there was dental kit, soap, proper towels etc. And food quality was bad

The room was very comfortable. And the facilities were good. The food was nice. The staff was courteous.

Room is good and clean but the room service is horrible. I ask for a bed for which i am ready to pay what they told but still by couple of reminders they didn't provide me an additional bed. I felt very irritated.

It was raining and the rainy water was coming into the room could have maintenance properly and the rose so many cockroach is no proper cleaning in the restroom.

This place has the capability to be an excellent place but i guess the management just aren’t interested. You see so many reviews that say the linen isn’t clean. It is absolutely true and i experienced it too. Speaking about the checkin experience, i had called them 1 day in advance to let them know i’ll be reaching between 4 and 5 just so that they keep the room ready. I reached at 445 pm and the room wasn’t ready. Now once the room was allotted, the ac wasn’t working. The room was huge with a nice big balcony but ac wasn’t working. The manager tells me he will get a fan for me and i said no, i want an ac room. After a lot of persuasion (which is frustrating as i had driven 9 hrs and had 0 patience for the bs he was feeding, he gave me 2 small rooms. Earlier he was giving me 1 room which was too small. We were 3 adults and 1 kid and he wanted us to stay there. I held my stand and told him i need 2 rooms. Now coming to the rooms, my room was extremely dirty. The windows were not dusted for ages, bathroom was smelly, bathroom had cheap fixtures. The shower was right on top
of the pot, you can literally have a bath while sitting on the pot. The service was good and the staff were polite. It breaks my heart to see the lack of effort on the part of the management to keep this place clean. This place is on only for a night’s stay. Beyond that it’s not worth it.

Insects is their two atleast i have encountered already. Bathroom is not cleaned also. Any update
