酒店的人性化服務很到位！每天打掃的小姐姐都會輕手寫小作文給我🥰，每天都是在我出去玩的時候悄然無息的把房間打掃乾淨。要為李業靜姐姐打call！酒店送的酸奶強烈推薦好評！！！太好喝了吧！！早餐也種類多多～門口都小哥哥也會熱心的推薦重慶當地人吃的火鍋店和小麪店！下次繼續相約重慶喲～（路口的花市碗雜麪是真的不好吃！還不如餓了麼叫的大東匠人牛肉麪！早上吃了中午還打車摸到店裡去吃！！！）

非常好的酒店，服務貼心，預訂的豪華大床房，入住當天酒店還給做了免費升房，套房面積很大，還有洗衣機和廚房，很滿意，打掃阿姨服務也很貼心，酒店的其他工作人員都很熱情，下次去重慶還會考慮入住。

酒店位置很好，離解放碑步行也就七八分鐘。 設施雖然比較老舊，服務彌補。 服務態度整體很不錯。前台反而略差。 對於在解放碑商圈附近活動的人來説，酒店整體屬於可推薦範圍。

我原本以為鬧市區的酒店不會太好！結果被這家酒店驚艷到了！首先房間內床品洗護用品非常好！給人感覺很舒服，再一個就是隔音很好！早餐品種豐富區域很大裝修高檔！泳池水乾淨，但是沒有太淺的區域，這個小朋友沒法玩耍。前台接待態度友好！禮賓部人員主動拿行李！唯一的問題就是部分衞生打掃的不太徹底，有肉眼可見的浮塵。總之推薦！

Huge benefit of this place is location!! Amazing view from the high floor room, great breakfast and very nice swimming pool! Room was huge, with bathtub. Fully satisfied with my choice

From the moment we arrived to the time we check out, we received excellent services from staff, some speak very well in English, included but not limited staff from the front desk, bellboys, concierge, and breakfast staff. Bellboy helped carry our luggages to the front desk. Check-in was quick. Room was a good size with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a separate toilet area that provided privacy. Breakfast was great with many Chinese and Western foods. The location is excellent, 5-7 minutes walk to the Jei Fang Bei Square and a fantastic night time food streets. The famous Hongyadong is only 13-15 minutes walk away. There also a wet market just few steps from the hotel where we experienced the life of the local people. We also tried a hotpot restaurant across from the hotel where we found the food was great and the price was so inexpensive. The the price we paid, the services we received, the location; we will definitely stay here again if we come to Chongqing next time. We also wished to thanks Alex Tong from the concierge counter for his help with our package that we tried to send it to the US. He contacted the shipping company and asked them for the price. He also walked us through the shipping form where it was in Chinese. Last but not least, he speaks some English and was able to show us the ways to walk to the Jie Fang Bei and Hongyadong center.

Great hotel ,very well maintained , location clise to jie fang bei , Staff very helfull , house keeping /maintence is so helpful , i have problem with my luggage wheels , they come and fixed it that made me so helped , thank you again for the great support to guest .
