Comfort Inn & Suites Kansas City - Northeast

The floors were filthy…feet and socks turned black. Mold on ice machine..breakfast cold…no pancake mix. Our room had some kind of broken tiles with sharp pieces and looked as if it had been there a while🤔not enough wash clothes compared to towels in bathroom

Pool was so dirty - hair and bugs everywhere! The entire hallway smelled like smoke too. Plus our room had stains everywhere - so gross! Owner made us wait 2 HOURS because he said he could only do the refund that we asked for and then he ended up not showing up and told his employee they could’ve done the refund the whole time! Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!!!

Nice size room, great bed. Check in was great. Breakfast was lacking. Staff didn't keep up with demand leaving empty warming dishes. Good for the price

The staff were great. We did not get the room serviced the entire time we were there. One lady came in, unexpectedly, and we scared her as she was not expecting us to be there. Sorry about that.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and a nice breakfast. We've stayed many times and we're always comfortable

The first room we were given reeked of the plant that people like to smoke these days (and eat in the form of gummies). We asked for a different room. We also checked in about 10pm and there were two separate young women wandering about who appeared to be just starting their work night (not for the hotel) if you know what I mean. The hotel needs to put a stop to that.

Stay was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean.

The room was just okay. The TV wouldn’t work initially so we had to get the front desk gall to come down and get it started. She was very friendly that shouldn’t be necessary. Also the refrigerator in the room did not work. She offered to get us another room but since we were only staying 1 night and we had all of our stuff in the room already we declined. The room was not set up great either because the bathroom door didn’t close without pushing it past the refrigerator which was right outside the door. Only good thing was the bed was pretty comfortable

Our toilet stopped working and the lady behind the check in counter moved us to another room.
