« This is my 3rd stay in a few months . Each time, consistent check in process . Cordial and efficient on late night flight arrival into CHC. The team overall is super friendly. This time I was allocated a newer business room on 4th floor. These are amazing ! Large, modern sis opus bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, balcony, full size desk. I wished I stayed longer to enjoy for longer. The property is busy yet very quiet. So easy to sleep and get truly good rest. My favourite hotel near the airport. I tried two others which are also good but so noisy outside the room, which does not work well for me when arriving late in the night. »

« I couldn’t find another hotel better than this one. The best hotel in chch!
It’s a pretty new hotel so does their facility. Chic sofas and big tv, btw and chocs! They provide disposable slippers as well depending on how many pax going to stay, as far as I knew this is the only hotel providing disposable slippers, so considerable. Thumbs up!
Really convenient location and have their own parking lot as well. Reception and cafe are at same ground floor so will be really handy to grab a coffee. »

« Has been greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival. The receptionist even showed our room till the doorstep. Also given some chocolates upon entering the room.
Pros: A very big room, double glazed glass, the bathroom is even disabled friendly. An afequate continental breakfast is served to the room (in the evening).
A nice clean small kitchen with a toaster, microwave, small fridge and a cooking stove (although we dont use them) is available.
Room is clean, with a huge tv set. Sifa set, dinner table and working table.
Restaurants are just round the corner.
Really recommend this place. »

« Bon emplacement, dans le centre-ville, à côté du parc. Le patron est une paire de chinois, et la communication chinoise est fluide. Au moment de l'enregistrement, la porte est fermée, il y a une invite à la porte, quelqu'un décroche le téléphone et quelqu'un ouvre la porte. Le parking est pratique, et le petit déjeuner est payé séparément. Il semble que ce soit la norme de 10 yuans et 15 yuans. »

« Nice stay in Christchurch. Two nights in the motel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Big advance - the shuttle service from/to the airport with just a few minutes drive. Very good service and availability by call. Room with a big space, very clean. The furniture wasn‘t new, but well maintained and quite clean. It needs around 30 minutes with the bus to the city Center. No convenient stores or shopes close by. »

I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

IInvitéWe booked a family room and it was split into two floors where the top level had the big bed and the lower level had the twin beds, which worked well for elderly travelers. The interior was stylish and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and a range hood. Wish they could've provided ice. The only big downside was the parking situation where despite having a big carpark, they charge NZ$20+ extra for overnight parking.

HHelloI have given 5 stars to this motel for the service, cleanliness and amenities because each aspect of these beat my expectations! I am usually very conservative in giving reviews.
Initially I was expecting very basic service given it is a motel. But when I opened the door of the room I was quite surprised. You could feel the room is very clean and bright. The amenities are sufficient to make a simple meal for yourself. There is also daily housekeeping services as well (given it is a motel).
The staff at the reception are also very helpful. When I first arrived, the reception lady asked me where I planned to go and showed me the ways.
The motel is also close (5-10 minutes walk) to the Main Street at Riccarton and there are a lot of restaurants there. You can also take bus to the city centre which takes about 30 minutes including waiting.
The motel is also very close to the Christchurch railway station which is only 10 minutes walk, great if you are taking the scenic trains. There are also a number of shops near the Railway station and you can do some shopping for clothes, vitamins and fresh food too!

FFanieA lovely motel within a short driving distance to the city centre. There is a small shop (at petrol station) across the road, with restaurants and a range of shops within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly! The actual room was brilliant. Clean sheets and towels every day, with a very nice bathroom and hot water throughout the day. Highly recommended!

SSukyWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights just recently, first arrived at the hotel, the reception was polite enough but not as helpful as any front desk staff coud be. The room was clean and comfy, location was fantastic, environment was superb (quite, few hote guests).
But somehow my wife lost her wedding ring from our room. We only noticed by the end of the day, and should have picked up earier.
Mr. Sui Beng Teh, the hotel manager, made it even worse from a travellers point of view. He has the worse attitude to the whole incident, instead of offering his empathy, he pushed responsibility back to the hotel guests who lost the wedding ring in his room at his hotel. His passive aggression is throughout all the poor google review!
He reacted bluntly when questioned about CCTV other than the door access record he could provide immediately, being agreesive at his answer and attitude towards to someone who turned over the room to just look for the missing ring. He was not friendly, empathatic nor welcoming despit he is in hospitality industry.
Im not blaming at anyone here or making any accusation on anyone but he as the hotel manager was the only one we could seek help for in a foreign country, and he expected us undedstanding how police and system worked here. To us, he made us sound like ****** and being forgetful on our own properties.

圣圣代千层雪Il s'agit d'un motel appartenant à des Chinois situé au cœur de Riccarton, à côté du supermarché chinois, à environ 4-5 kilomètres du centre de Christchurch. Nous vivons dans un appartement de deux chambres. Les installations et l'équipement sont un peu datés, mais ils sont toujours en usage normal. Les étages supérieurs et inférieurs de la pièce, chacun avec une chambre et une salle de bain, peuvent être utilisés pour la cuisine, ce qui convient à une famille. Le prix est relativement satisfaisant. Convient aux amis autonomes.

LLamKevinJ'ai séjourné dans la capsule et c'était très propre et l'air dans la chambre était assez chaud. C'est à 10-15 minutes à pied de l'aéroport et je l'ai fait au milieu de la nuit. Je me sens un peu perdu mais ce n'est pas trop mal.
Comme nous n'étions que 3 dans la chambre et que c'était calme.
Les toilettes et la salle de douche sont propres et suffisamment chaudes.
