TThe beautiful worldHey there! I just had the most amazing 5-night homestay experience that I can't wait to tell you about! This hidden gem is a perfect blend of stunning natural beauty and modern luxury. The property is surrounded by lush green hills and forests, with breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. The infinity pool is absolutely gorgeous, and the rooms are super comfortable and stylish. Plus, the outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing, and the lighting at night creates such a romantic and cozy atmosphere. But what really made this stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitalizes of staffs. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and cared for. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine concern for our well-being touched our hearts deeply. By the end of our stay, they felt like family to us. The bonds we formed with these amazing people will stay with us forever, and we can't wait to visit them again soon. UUtilisateur anonymeFrom the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible.
And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else.
The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment.
I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

IInvitéCette fois, j'ai réservé une chambre élégante avec vue sur le lac. C'était très confortable de m'allonger sur le canapé et de regarder la vue sur le lac. J'aime beaucoup le design de la pièce. Les bagages et les vêtements peuvent être placés dans le petit vestiaire. La salle de bain est grande et dispose d'une grande baignoire pour prendre un bain. Le soir, il y aura du personnel de service pour ouvrir la couette et nettoyer à nouveau les poubelles, ce qui est très prévenant ! Les boissons dans le réfrigérateur peuvent être dégustées gratuitement et seront remplies à nouveau une fois que vous aurez terminé. L'hôtel est très adapté aux voyages en famille et il existe de nombreux produits pour bébés en location gratuite. L'après-midi, vous pourrez participer à de la peinture en bonbons, des collations et quelques petits bricolages. Vous pourrez vous promener en plein air ou louer des vélos pour faire le tour du lac. L'espace piscine intérieure ne dispose que d'une piscine et d'un bassin de massage. Il n'y a pas de sauna et le bassin de massage est très faible. Le choix du buffet du petit-déjeuner était correct. Le dîner buffet n'est pas économique et ne présente aucune particularité. Dans l’ensemble, ces vacances de trois jours et deux nuits ont été très agréables !

SSLGGreat hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

IInvitéJ'aime vraiment cet hôtel élégant sur l'île chaude. J'y suis allé une fois l'année dernière, et cette fois j'y suis resté quatre jours consécutifs, j'ai discuté avec ma femme et j'ai prévu de revenir. Les chambres de cet hôtel sont non seulement hygiéniques, propres et confortables, mais aussi l'air est frais et l'environnement est calme et élégant, comme si vous étiez au paradis.
Le petit-déjeuner ici est très copieux, avec du lait, des fruits, des œufs, du pain et tout, je mange beaucoup de pastèque sucrée tous les jours.
Quand je suis libre, j'aime m'asseoir dans le thé de l'après-midi (le soleil ne se couche jamais) pour regarder le coucher du soleil, boire un verre et manger une pizza fumante.
Plusieurs membres du personnel de service sont chaleureux, amicaux et réactifs, en particulier la fille Yanglan à la réception, qui nous a fourni beaucoup de commodité et a laissé une bonne impression.

EEkaterinaTwo of my friends and I stayed at the VOCO hotel over the Dragon boat's festival in May-June, 2025. All of us really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were comfortable, and even though they were not lake-view rooms, we could still see the lake from our windows.
Two of us cannot speak Chinese, and one of the managers of the hotel, whose name is Leon, took good care of us and helping us to check in and then provided a very comprehensive tour around the hotel showing all the facilities and making bookings for all kinds of activities (kayaking, hot air baloon, photoshoot) and dinners during our stay. I'd like to express my heartfelt thank you to Leon for his very kind help and assistance!
The food at the a dinner and breakfast buffets was plentiful and well cooked, as well as the traditional dishes in a Chinese restaurant. Traditionally cooked fish head is a must try! Big up to Leon for recommending it!
I can also vouch for all the activities that were provided by the hotel as part of the package with our rooms which included kayaking, a photo shoot and hot air ballooning. i'd like to express my gratification to the team that's arranges and carries out all the activities related to the photoshoot. Everything was really nicely done. We were really excited about this opportunity, and loved the photographs that we received as a result of it.
Finally, regarding the facilities, we really enjoyed the open terrace, especially at the sunset time, where we could see beautiful light and clouds over the lake. One of the best facilities is the gym that gives you a wonderful view, as well as the infinity pool, overlooking the lake. Overall, I think the hotel gives you the best value for money in this region, and is a brilliant combination of the great service, very good facilities and additional activities, provided as part of their package. I can highly recommend it!

AAlexander 压力山大The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel.
The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos).
The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift.
We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price.
The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough.
The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal.
We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

DDomi17We spent 2 nights at Moxy in October during the national holiday period. The price-quality ratio was very high- the room was clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast had a lot of western and Chinese options to choose from. The location of the hotel is very convenient if driving- it was in the middle point between all the attractions we planned for our stay, and it was right next to a mall with a few dining options. The only negative points are quite loud ac unit outside that creates a low-frequency noise that can bother more sensitive sleepers-my boyfriend woke up with a headache due to the noise. Another thing is the service- we called the reception late in the evening to ask if there are other rooms available due to noisy families staying next door to us; the receptionist said they did have rooms available, but she could not guarantee they would be quiet, so she did not offer to switch the room. I understand you cannot guarantee it, but it wouldn't hurt if you could let us try- it was late and we just wanted to get an early night sleep.

La position de la réception est relativement désordre et l'hygiène n'est pas bonne. Pourquoi est-ce que la pluie est venue, donc la pluie peut être une nuit. En fait, c'est un peuple très général, et dans les montagnes, il n'y a pas de manger et de jouer autour, pas si haut, ce prix ne vaut pas la peine.
Hygiène: la salle est bien, les bouchons sont marqués par des types de peintures, et la porte du balcon est mauvaise, pas bien fermée.
Service: Il n'y a pas de nourriture autour de lui, les bébés peuvent acheter leur maison, le prix est un peu cher, mais avant de commander un poisson d'eau, je me suis demandé si je voulais tuer maintenant. Le magasin répondit clairement et oui. Cependant, après avoir monté, je me suis rendu compte que c'est des plats préfabriqués. Le magasin a fait preuve de responsabilité, a dit que la salle de repas était extérieure et n'a fait aucune déclaration.
Environnement: la chambre a une piscine, il y a une égoutte de l'eau la nuit, ce qui équivaut à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de piscine de jeu la midi le matin. Le magasin dit que le lavage ne commence pas à 1 heures du matin. Je voudrais vous demander que si vous êtes allé au magasin la nuit, la piscine peut être ignorée directement. Le temps est injustifié. Il est normal que le temps de départ soit réintroduit pour les invités, donc l'expérience n'est pas bonne.
Il est clair que la prochaine fois, il n'y aura pas de séjour.

MM513186****La première fois que je suis dans ce salon populaire, je me sens très bien, l'environnement. La décoration est bonne, la cuisine est également très agréable. La plus surprenante est que le lit est en bas et que le logement est gratuit. Je n'ai pas joué parce que j'ai peur de la litière, mais le rapport coût-efficacité global est également très élevé! La prochaine fois, on peut amener des amis à la fête du marijuana.
