Réception fantôme, il faut appeler un numéro de tel pour avoir un interlocuteur qui va se déplacer s'il le juge nécessaire. Chambre non préparée, il faut réclamer le linge de toilette, le lit supplémentaire. Pour 278 € la nuit et une carte Diamond il faut payer 2,10€ pour une paire de chaussons. Je n'e parle pas du lavabo ébréché. Le restaurant de l'hôtel refuse d'enregistrer la facture sur votre note globale et on vous demande de payer de suite. Et ne parlons pas de la vue sur les montagnes, on omet de vous mentionner que vous êtes dans une zone commerciale et que l'on voit plus les toits de Carglass et autres. Petit déjeuner très basique. Bref un zéro pointé.

Location is superb, only 2 min walk from Chur train station. It is also centrally located in the happening district of Chur, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions in the old town. My room was huge, with a bathtub, separate shower and 2 washing sinks in the bathroom. I love the bathtub so much as it provided me the soak needed after a full busy day out. I also love the good quality toiletry provided. Beds are very comfortable, well rested after my 2-night stay in hotel. Breakfast was decent, nothing much to shout about. During checkout, some chocolate bars were given as token of appreciation, which was a good personal touch.

Beautiful family room at the top floor. This exceeded our expectations! The lift does not go up to the top floor but that did not bother us. The breakfast was average but it was enough for us. Parking conveniently located under the hotel. The hotel was quite nosy - we heard people speaking in their rooms. Also, the window shutters are electronic and you cannot avoid hearing when other people are closing them late in the evening/night. Also on Friday and Saturday nights, there were quite a few cars speeding up close to the hotel which you can clearly hear into the room.

Il y a quelques mois, j'ai fait partie d'un groupe. Nous étions extrêmement impressionnés par l'hôtel et le personnel amiable. Les chambres étaient propres et bien présentées. Le personnel était toujours très attentif. En particulier, il y avait une nettoyante avec des cheveux noirs (une dame portugaise ou espagnole?) elle était extrêmement polie et très bienvenue.

This is a wonderful hotel in the old part of Chur. It is pleasant to sit in the plaza in front of the hotel for an evening drink. Breakfast--in a beautiful, historic room--was very tasty and well prepared. What I wish we had realized was that the hotel's terrace (just outside the breakfast room) is lovely and it would have been a good place to relax in the late afternoon. The windows (if shut) block all the noise from the plaza below so it is very quiet for sleeping. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Chur!

Staying in a converted jail, was going to be a first for me and my friends! it was better than expected! What a fun idea and a great location. there was a common kitchen where it had everything you needed to have a simple breakfast or a complete dinner. it was close enough to the vessel of the town, but far enough away to not be disturbed. We had mentioned that we had people in our group that were allergic to feathers, and the room was changed to have no feather covers and pillows. Very comfortable beds, excellent and informative staff, all the privacy you need and excellent bathroom facilities. We would definitely recommend staying in jail! Book directly with the hotel- it’s easier.
