The modern, south facing, two-bedroom apartment with garage parking. It has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area complete with under floor heating, log fire, widescreen television and media centre. A double bedroom and en-suite bathroom and twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom completes the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, fridgefreezer and dishwasher. Twenty metres from the apartment entrance lies aski run giving acces to the main Flims gondola base. From here skiers can access the whole Flims/Laax/Falera ski area. In summer the whole area is a Mecca for walkers, Mountain bikers and Para gliders. The apartment stands within one hundred metres of one of the main walking/mountain biking trailheads.
