La première fois que je suis allée chez moi, je me sens très bien. 在雲南一週行程最讓我驚喜不斷的酒店。下面總結一下 設施：酒店是七月份重新裝修開業的，房間寬敞明亮，設計合理，大的落地窗能夠看到窗外的夜景，一次性用品的品質很高，還主動提供了一次性的毛巾，牙刷的質量很好，洗漱用品的品質也不錯，我老公説毛巾是他住過酒店裡最柔軟最舒服的。每張床還提供了兩種不同款式的枕頭，一個是乳膠枕，一個是軟枕非常的貼心 衞生：衞生做得很到位，配備了兩種不同的拖鞋，滿足了家庭出行的需要很贊 環境：楚雄是一個很安靜的地方，酒店所處的位置交通便利，吃早餐的餐廳小而精緻，早餐的品種不少，但是9:30之後有點來不及補充，但是這個價位的酒店來説已經是很給力了 服務：從接站開始就一直得到了優質的服務，接站的小哥哥熱情開朗，給我們介紹了很多本地的特色，我們來的季節剛好是各種菌子上市的季節，通過他的介紹吃到了夢寐以求的各種野生菌，而且看得出他的介紹是發自真心的，必須點贊他，可惜沒有看到他的姓名。酒店每一個人員都熱情大方，連門口的保安叔叔都積極的幫我們拿行李。在離開酒店的送站服務，我們還有幸乘坐到了傳説中的奔馳車。 總的來説，這一家酒店是我最最驚喜，而且還會再來的酒店喜歡楚雄，喜歡紅屋心悦酒店，家人的感覺，一流的服務！強烈推薦！！無可厚非的零差評！
