"We stayed at the TownPlace Oakley for our granddaughter’s graduation. The hotel is nicely designed, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers free breakfast. The hotel is located near dining and shopping. The real highlight, though, was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. We have never stayed in a hotel where the staff were so friendly. The floor staff personally engaged us to make sure we didn’t need anything. A special shout-out to Melissa in the breakfast area. Very eager to help. We would definitely stay hee again."

"Bonne location avec un environnement tranquille malgré la route principale. Très proche de nombreux excursions dans les communes de Rookwood et le pavillon. Très confortables lits. Connexion Internet forte. Grand TV avec de nombreux canaux. Grande salle de bains propre. J'ai aimé rester ici. Il faut mentionner en particulier un jeune personnel de premier ordre, Mike. Il ne pouvait pas trouver ma réservation malgré le numéro de réservation confirmé. J'ai réalisé que mon nom de collègues était dans la liste des invités et j'ai réalisé plus tard que j'avais fait la réservation sous le nom de mon collègue accidentellement sans le réaliser. Grâce à cette solution, nous avons pu nous connecter sans avoir à effectuer une nouvelle réservation et à supporter la perte de la réservation trip.com. Un grand kudos à Mike pour sauver notre voyage d'affaires de devenir un désastre!!"

"I stayed overnight in Chicago while passing through, and also visited the art museum. Admission was free, not crowded, and the exhibition experience was excellent. The hotel was quite clean, located in the city center, with convenient dining options and many historical buildings nearby. However, the price was a bit high after taxes. The hotel breakfast was only available at a place similar to Starbucks, which wasn't very convenient, so I ate breakfast outside."
