La première fois que j'ai été impressionnée par l'architecture, le grand service et les prix acceptables pour le restaurant, le bar et le spa Michelin, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre standard qui était jolie mais petite. Cette seconde visite, j'ai décidé de prendre une suite pour deux nuits. Laissez-nous commencer par les positifs: - La chambre était magnifique. Grand décor, spacieux, sur deux étages avec un grand patio en haut et un bel balcon en bas. Deux salle de bains. Parfait avec même deux enfants si nécessaire. Il y avait des signes de porter et de larmes facilement réparables (voir photos), mais aucune plainte sur la chambre. - Le repas que nous avions était grand. Il n'y a pas de doute qu'ils utilisent les meilleurs ingrédients possibles. - Certains des membres du personnel ont été formés, expérimentés et professionnels, en particulier ceux qui travaillent également à La Locanda del Borgo. Le personnel que nous avons interagis avec sur le téléphone et l'email était inprofessionnel et sans piste. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Il faut que je sois heureux de vous voir, mais je ne peux pas vous demander de vous demander de vous faire entendre. Il a été réglé à la fin mais quand il est à 30° dehors et que l'aircon ne fonctionne pas, vous ne vous ennuyez pas avec votre client. - Parfois il y avait un mauvais odeur de décharge dans la chambre. Bien sûr, je comprends que le centre est éloigné et qu'ils ont leurs propres systèmes. Le restaurant Michelin était très bien servi, il était très bien servi, il était très professionnel et compétent. L'autre personnel qui avait l'habitude de remplir n'avait pas de suggestion. Inexpérimenté et non professionnel. Je me suis cassé pour eux parce qu'ils étaient polis, mais le niveau était faible. Le buffet était très bon, mais le prix des œufs de poche était comme un vol en raison du prix de la chambre. - Le premier jour, nous avons dîné là-bas et j'ai réalisé que les prix ont presque doublé depuis la dernière fois que j'ai visité. 35 € pour la pâte au milieu de nulle part ? Allez ! 12 € pour un verre de vin local quand les restaurants vendent la même chose à 3 € ? 6 € pour une bouteille d'eau ? Si tout était correct, je comprendrais les prix des quatre saisons en raison de la localisation et du service de sous-marin , étant donné que la plupart des ingrédients sont locaux comme les vins, pourquoi surcharger votre client ? - Le 2e soir, nous avons eu un beau dîner avec un service excellent mais encore, payé 45€ pour leur propre Aglinico local se sentait comme un vol. Je suis local, je connais les prix locaux. Les prix doubles sont sous-stables dans un hôtel. Quand vous allez x4, c'est juste gridness. - Bien qu'un Spritz soit de 15€, le service de la piscine n'existait pas.
