I am writing to share my concerns about my recent stay at your hotel.Firstly, the airflow system is poor. There are no open windows, and the air feels very dry and stale. This made my stay uncomfortable.Additionally, my phone signal dropped significantly when I entered the hotel. While I appreciate the free Wi-Fi, it was slow and not reliable. Paying £5 for “unlimited access” that only gives one gigabyte feels inadequate.I have been in my room for four days, and my bin has not been emptied, nor has my room been cleaned. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but cleanliness should still be a priority.I also noticed a lack of staff, which affected service quality. The barmaid was working double shifts, running between the hotel and another bar. She did her best, but it’s clear there aren’t enough staff to assist guests properly.I observed staff members spending time discussing TikTok videos instead of helping guests. When I asked for my room key, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, especially after paying over £600 for my stay. I expected my room to be cleaned and the bed to be made with fresh sheets after six days.Due to these issues, I won’t be returning to Premier Inn in the future.
