If I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through *********** Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say ” the hotel is being taken for quarantine”.. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.

La place est bonne, très confortable. La chambre est grande. Mais le Wifi est mauvais. Très lent. Le personnel n'est pas particulièrement attentif au gars près de la porte. Il est avec son téléphone portable faire quelque chose. Lorsque nous nous sommes vus, il nous a vus avec tous les sacs. Ne nous offre même pas d'aide. Il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel. Mais nous n'avons pas la possibilité (compréhensible) de faire passer son week-end.

Cet hôtel est venu avec la recommandation de notre service des ressources humaines local. En tant que voyageur d'affaires expérimenté, j'ai des normes élevées et je peux voir au-delà des facteurs époustouflants initiaux. Une rénovation extérieure était en cours à l'époque, mais l'hôtel ne peut pas être critiqué pour cela. Belle vue sur les montagnes et la piscine depuis la chambre du 4ème étage.
Beaucoup de familles à la piscine, mais il était facile d'observer attentivement et de choisir des moments plus calmes. Je sais maintenant que pour les clients qui choisissent des suites ou des villas, il y a une piscine séparée et plus calme.
Trader Vics est une caractéristique, tout comme le bar du rez-de-chaussée. Les boissons sont d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nourriture un peu chère.
La caractéristique clé pour moi était le service du personnel. Excellent. Fera toujours un effort supplémentaire.

La location de l'hôtel était excellente, car il était proche de toutes les attractions.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.
La chambre était la plus grande question pour moi. C'était trop petite, surtout la toilette. La chambre avait un lit de reine, mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer. La salle de bain était crampée, et la toilette était inconfortablement proche du mur. La chambre n'était pas confortable, et il était un peu déçu par rapport à l'autre radisson blu que j'avais séjourné.

Ce que j'ai aimé : L'emplacement avec le mall,la douche et la piscine Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : j'ai réservé une chambre avec un balcon et je croyais qu'elle va être plus grande que sa malheureusement leurs chambres est la plus petite chambre des hôtels 5 étoiles à Alain J'ai réservé pour 3 nuits dans leur application Rotana au tant que menbres chez eux après 2 nuits il y'a une personne nommé AbdelRahman qui m'appelle à midi pour me parler avec impolitesse la personnes n'a pas la simple technique hôtelière l'écoute active et plutôt la personne qui m'a fait mon check-in m'a dit mon jour de départ à 14 h et ce Mr ma manqué du respect et il est vraiment injurieux et il fait semblant de rien comprendre ni en anglais ni en arabe. Le tarifs par rapport qualité prix est exagéré Pas de spécialité ni d'avantages pour les menbres.

Je suis heureuse d'avoir passer un week-end dans cet hôtel la réceptionniste hajer trop gentille et à l'écoute surtout souriante. Merci a l'agent de sécurité camerounais souriant aussi et serviable. Cet hôtel magnifique en famille coin détente spa, piscine rooftop et chambre agréable. Seul bémol est le petit déjeuner trop simpliste, c'est dommage.

Juste dans le centre commercial, il y a Carrefour et de nombreux restaurants. La vie est commode. Si vous revenez, vous choisirez de rester à nouveau.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu simple, tôt n'est pas bon marché, 65 dirhams, équivalent à plus de cent yuans.
La mouche dans la pommade est que si le climatiseur est allumé, le plafond sonnera à cause de la dilatation et de la contraction thermiques. La conception en verre de la zone de douche dans la salle de bain est déraisonnable et le sol de la douche est rempli d'eau.

Hôtel très propre et bien organisé, dommage pour la piscine : l'annonce précisait qu'il y aurait une piscine exclusive pour femmes mais elle était mixte. Très bon accueil de la part du réceptionniste Ryad qui nous a indiqué les noms d'endroits a visiter et qui était toujours disponible pour nous.

IInvitéJe suis heureuse d'avoir passer un week-end dans cet hôtel la réceptionniste hajer trop gentille et à l'écoute surtout souriante. Merci a l'agent de sécurité camerounais souriant aussi et serviable. Cet hôtel magnifique en famille coin détente spa, piscine rooftop et chambre agréable. Seul bémol est le petit déjeuner trop simpliste, c'est dommage.

IInvitéGood hotel in Al Ain. The pool is really worth it to go for a night swim. The food at the bar downstair is fantastic (we had a pasta), and i'd recommend you'd sit outside there in the evening. The breakfeast is also surely worth it. There's also a self-service bar downstairs with some snacks wich is always handy to have. The only downsite to our stay is that we were with 3 people, we got a upgrade to a really nice hotel room, but only 1 king size bed was inside. They gave us an extra bed (a bunk bed) but the matress was really really bad. I mean really bad, not even trying to exaggiate. But that's the only downsite. Still a 5 star review for this hotel.

En tant que voyageur d'affaires expérimenté, j'ai des normes élevées et je peux voir au-delà des facteurs époustouflants initiaux. Une rénovation extérieure était en cours à l'époque, mais l'hôtel ne peut pas être critiqué pour cela. Belle vue sur les montagnes et la piscine depuis la chambre du 4ème étage.
Beaucoup de familles à la piscine, mais il était facile d'observer attentivement et de choisir des moments plus calmes. Je sais maintenant que pour les clients qui choisissent des suites ou des villas, il y a une piscine séparée et plus calme.
Trader Vics est une caractéristique, tout comme le bar du rez-de-chaussée. Les boissons sont d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nourriture un peu chère.
La caractéristique clé pour moi était le service du personnel. Excellent. Fera toujours un effort supplémentaire.

IInvitéCe que j'ai aimé : L'emplacement avec le mall,la douche et la piscine Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : j'ai réservé une chambre avec un balcon et je croyais qu'elle va être plus grande que sa malheureusement leurs chambres est la plus petite chambre des hôtels 5 étoiles à Alain J'ai réservé pour 3 nuits dans leur application Rotana au tant que menbres chez eux après 2 nuits il y'a une personne nommé AbdelRahman qui m'appelle à midi pour me parler avec impolitesse la personnes n'a pas la simple technique hôtelière l'écoute active et plutôt la personne qui m'a fait mon check-in m'a dit mon jour de départ à 14 h et ce Mr ma manqué du respect et il est vraiment injurieux et il fait semblant de rien comprendre ni en anglais ni en arabe. Le tarifs par rapport qualité prix est exagéré Pas de spécialité ni d'avantages pour les menbres.

TTIANKAILe personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et l'hygiène est également bonne.
Juste dans le centre commercial, il y a Carrefour et de nombreux restaurants. La vie est commode. Si vous revenez, vous choisirez de rester à nouveau.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu simple, tôt n'est pas bon marché, 65 dirhams, équivalent à plus de cent yuans.
La mouche dans la pommade est que si le climatiseur est allumé, le plafond sonnera à cause de la dilatation et de la contraction thermiques. La conception en verre de la zone de douche dans la salle de bain est déraisonnable et le sol de la douche est rempli d'eau.

La chambre était la plus grande question pour moi. C'était trop petite, surtout la toilette. La chambre avait un lit de reine, mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer. La salle de bain était crampée, et la toilette était inconfortablement proche du mur. La chambre n'était pas confortable, et il était un peu déçu par rapport à l'autre radisson blu que j'avais séjourné.

IInvitéIf I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through *********** Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say ” the hotel is being taken for quarantine”.. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.
