Équipe très sollicite et éduquée, chambre propre, bon petit-déjeuner. Les vêtements de lit étaient un peu bouillis et poigné, ce qui donne une mauvaise impression, mais il était propre. Il y avait un problème avec la climatisation, mais comme nous étions en haut, ce n'est pas quelque chose qui a attrapé le séjour. En ce qui concerne le vague de garage (qui est par disponibilité), nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes et nous avons pu parker chaque jour normalement, même mon mari arrive tard du travail.

Adorei o hotel! Tudo nele é muito novo e bem cuidado, o quarto é bem limpo e super aconchegante. A localização e ótima, do lado de um shopping, então da para fazer varias coisas. A vista do rooftop e linda, da uma visão bem ampla da cidade! Com certeza vou voltar e vou recomendar!

L'hôtel est très bon. Excellent café, personnel cordial, excellente localisation, excellent coût-avantages. Les points négatifs: rampe du garage très étroit et dangereux pour les voitures plus grandes, les chambres ont un étage de dossier, le condensateur d'air est situé sur la balcone de la chambre faisant un bruit élevé, la télévision de la chambre est installée sur le passage offrant danger pour battre La tête, les ascenseurs ont cette porte ancienne et lourde qui rend difficile le passage avec des valises, la piscine a un toit d'acrylique qui, quand la pluie fait un bruit énorme pour ceux qui sont près du quatrième étage. Si vous tenez compte de ces détails, une note juste serait 8 sur 10.

L'entrée a été rapide. Ce qui m'a désagréé était le fait que le petit-déjeuner est à un autre hôtel et la valeur n'est pas inclus. Je n'ai pas aimé le lit. Baignoire est simple, ne pas attendre sèche-cheveux, ni miroir d'augmentation, ni que l'eau chaude rapidement. La chambre n'a pas de vue. Sur le bruit par rapport à la rue ne donnait rien à entendre J'étais dans 914 mais d'autres invités que je suppose être buveux ont été conversant si haut pendant longtemps demain matin près de ma chambre que je ne pouvais pas dormir. Il a une cheveux-tuige, un garde-robe dans le réservoir, l'odeur n'est rien de gentil, mais j'ai eu froid et fini par me servir, il a une frigo et un air conditionné de ceux qui étaient plus anciens, et pour la localisation, l'expérience a été précieuse.

IInvitéEstive em BH em Junho de 2023 para participar de um processo seletivo e acabei ficando alguns dias a mais. Posso dizer que a experiência de ter ficado no Br Hostel foi excepcional! Bom custo-benefício, local bem limpo, organizado e conta com uma ótima estrutura. A localização é privilegiada, em um bairro tranquilo e seguro. Nos arredores, conta com uma grande variedade de restaurantes e serviços como supermercado e farmácia. Alguns dos principais museus e atrativos turísticos da cidade estão a poucos minutos a pé do Hostel. Atendimento nota 10!

IInvitéLes chambres sont plus grandes que la compétition et le personnel est particulièrement heureux de vous donner les meilleures informations avec bonté. Nous avons même un gâteau parce que c'était le anniversaire de ma mère! Le petit déjeuner peut être meilleur, avec plus de fruits, de jus et de gâteau. Il se peut que c'est la pandémie qui oblige à couper les fruits en de nombreux petits morceaux et ensuite à les emballer avec des feuilles en plastique. En tout cas, l'un des meilleurs hôtels de Belo Horizonte. Je serai de retour dans un instant. Très recommandé!

DDrumondJ'y suis allé le jour de la Saint-Valentin et j'ai trouvé que tout l'hôtel était en ordre, surtout lors de tels anniversaires. Très rentable et ça vaut le coup! Le petit déjeuner riche et varié rend le prix quotidien plus précieux. La chambre est également très agréable. J'ai raté de peu une piscine chauffée car l'espace piscine est frais, mais il est impossible d'y entrer, il fait trop froid ! Pour les hôtels BH, le chauffage sera une grande différence.

FFURTADOLa chambre est spacieuse, le lit est très confortable, la vue de la chambre est belle. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée 2 fois même après avoir été demandée. La chambre est un peu trop ”bar” et sombre à la nuit même avec toutes les lumières. De plus, avec presque aucune attractivité et salle de bains trop basique.

IInvitéTraveled to Brazil to visit family. I’ve stayed here back in 2006 just after it was opened. It was lovely. This time in 2022 April I would give it a miss. The staff were rude particularly the guy with grey hair and tattoos on his arm at reception. I first got to the room and was surprised and how dirty the whole place was. Stains on the carpet smears on the walls and when I got to my room, holes in my sheets. I then went downstairs and politely asked to be upgraded at my expense. The next room was a suite with a beautiful corner room view. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. The next day I asked for assistance to look at it, I was told it worked. I said I was cooler in the hallway than it was in my suite. They would not provide any help. I even had my brother who spoke Portuguese sort the issue as they didn’t seem interested. This resulted in the embarrassing task of relocating to 3 different rooms and then downgrading because there was no working air conditioning in many of the rooms despite the hotel saying it worked. To mention the other issues: I was double charged for my prepaid stay on the way out. Our rooms weren’t cleaned daIly. The buffet was not to standard Although is has a great location, try the Mercure one block back… this is not an Accor hotel. It’s not up to standard.. Dirty, rude staff, bad air conditioning, unclean.

IInvitéFui destratado com muita falta de educação por um dos manobristas do hotel, pedi tranquilo uma informacao para ele chamando ele de Amigo, mas mesmo asssim antes de me responder ele disse na frente de todo mundo na recepcao com uma forte intonação: ” Primeiramente bom dia!!!”...fiquei inconformado pois a forma com que ele respondeu foi como se eu tivesse feito falta de educacao com ele...passou tanta coisa na minha cabeça mas a educação que eu recebi em casa me fez ficar em paz e ainda pedi desculpas ao rapaz caso eu o tenha ofendido porque não usei as palavras bom dia para ele...bom de todo jeito eu solicitei que ele nao manobrasse meu carro que paguei suados 370 mil por ele. Elevador sempre travado e nunca vai no 16 andar...as pessoas que trabalham no hotem nao estao nem aí para o cliente, a impressao que tive é que eu hospedar.lá era um favor para o hotel, pésssimo!!! Outra coisa, levei meu pet e na hora me exigiram cartao de vacina.dele...sorte que eu levei pq no app Hotels.com nao avisa em lugar.nenhum que precisa de cartao de vacina, sugiro que revejam estas informações, agente mal chega e já gera carga de stress.

IInvitéhôtel bien situé dans le centre de BH. Bien proche de la place sept et parc municipal. Service: rapide et agréable. Chambre: large et propre. Parois sont sales . Y compris la de l'air conditionné. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 814. Il a du bruit de la rue. Jusqu'au matin: OK. Chaque jour les mêmes choses. Pas de jus mais, refroidissement. Recevez des bus de voyages donc, le petit-déjeuner peut être très compliqué. Samedi matin hébergement nous restons sans manger quelques ingrédients, La loisir: j'ai utilisé la piscine. J'étais propre. Il n'a pas de stationnement. La nettoyage de la chambre a eu lieu tous les jours, mais il n'a pas mis de savon et de shampooing dans nos chambres. Très proche du shopping de la ville. En général, Je serais encore, mais je rechercherais d'autres hôtels avant de continuer avec ce.

Je transcris ici ce qui a été rapporté en contact téléphonique avec booking.com: Hier, moi et ma femme, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel boulevard place à Belo Horizonte, MG et nous avons manqué de vacances de stationnement dans l'hébergement, que ces seraient offerts en cas de disponibilité, QUE IL N'était pas clair sur le SITE DE RECOURSEMENT, donc une insulte au code de protection du consommateur. Avec un certain coût, nous acceptons la situation et nous restons bon hôtel après avoir plaint avec booking.com. Quelques minutes plus tard, nous essayons d'utiliser l'internet, mais il ne fonctionnait pas. Nous savons que cela peut arriver et nous contactons la réception qui a été prêt à aider et rebooter les routeurs. 1 HORA S'EST EXTÉRIE ET NON EST RÉSOLU. Nous avions décidé que nous resterions encore, compte tenu de l'avancement de l'heure. Quand nous avons enfin remarqué que l'hébergement est resté sans eau. Nous ne pouvions pas brosser les dents, prendre un bain ou utiliser un bain. Un absurde complet. Nous avons donc dû choisir d'échanger un hôtel, car ce n'est pas le moins possible que nous avons besoin de l'avis sur Internet, et enfin, quand nous sommes sortis, nous n'avons pas obtenu le remboursement sur place. Nous nous dirigeons vers l'unique hôtel de la région avec des chambres disponibles et qui était raisonnablement proche de notre établissement, l'hôtel VIVENZO SAVASSI. Nous avons eu à payer plus de 800,00 $ pour une chambre juste un peu plus élevé que l'ancien. L'entreprise a manqué de respect pour nous les invités! J'attends le remboursement rapide de ce que nous avons payé et une demande de désolation. Merci, Matthieu et Isadora.
