L'hôtel contrôle toutes les boîtes pour moi. Il est propre, relativement moderne, et le personnel est poli et professionnel. Le restaurant ici mérite également d'être explorat. J'ai séjourné ici pendant trois jours et a dormi comme une roche! Les chambres sont très calmes, ce qui est bon pour un changement.

I am surprised by the decent reviews this hotel gets. I have stayed at many Four Points hotels before and they are usually a very lovely stay. This hotel has been the worst stay I’ve had in a long time. I did not make use of the facilities, such as the pool, but shuttle was not available, neither was the continental breakfast. Immediately upon checking in and getting to my room, I went straight back down to the front desk to ask for disinfecting wipes for common surfaces in my room. The doors, particularly the bathroom door, was visibly dirty, the bathroom surfaces (if they had been wiped) looked like they were wiped with a dirty cloth. The walls had not been wiped down and had questionable dirty spots on them, as well as hair. There was hair in my shower. The switch for the light beside my bed hadn’t been wiped and the lights themselves were visible dusty. Cupboards were dirty. USB charging port did not work and the fridge did not keep my bottle of water cold. If it wasn’t 1am I would have asked for a different room. Front reception staff did not offer to remedy the situation and were very mildly apologetic. During Covid times, if they are clearly not wiping visibly dirty high touch surfaces, what other protocols are they not following? This was my first trip home in two years and it was for a family emergency. I had high expectations for safety standards. At check out early the next morning; after not being able to get a complimentary breakfast, as per my booking, I voiced how disappointed I was with the cleanliness of my room, and staff told me that since I had booked through a third party they could not offer a price adjustment but if I wanted to order a breakfast from their restaurant there was 10 minutes left to do so.. after I had checked out and was about to be picked up. Based on the cleanliness of my room, I would not be interested in ordering anything from their restaurant. Disappointing stay/service. I would not recommend this hotel unless you don’t care and just need a bed to sleep in.

Je recommande cet hôtel à n'importe qui. Ne l'utilisez pas reservations.com. Appelez directement et le service est agréable. Le personnel était très ami et agréable. La chambre était propre et n'a pas pu odeur d'animaux, elle était grande et je le recommande à n'importe qui

Despite a remarkable sunset the evening I was there, an excellent view of such from my room's window, some truly luxurious pillows and blankets on the bed, and a premium television-watching experience, my enjoyment of the stay was hampered by the less than optimal location. I didn't realize how far it was out there in the suburbs, and I couldn't even get to the LCBO because of how pedestrian-unfriendly the area was! Also they charged the room to my credit card by mistake even though my stay was prepaid... but when I called them about it they were friendly and helpful and corrected this error.

Ne restez pas à la Travelodge. Si vous choisissez de le faire, vous serez déçu. Viens ici. Il est exceptionnellement propre. Kim au bureau frontal est juste merveilleux. Tout est propre et récemment rénové. Vous pouvez leur dire qu'ils ont toujours le personnel de l'hôtel qui s'occupe. J'espère vraiment qu'ils seront bien traités!

Nous avons un grand groupe et c'était l'hôtel parfait. Les chambres sont bien équipées avec des articles de cuisine (lavabo avec poignée, savon à plat, conteneurs, pots, panneaux, étancheur, table de coupe, etc. Les salles de bains ont des pompes pour S&C, savon à main, crème et lavage de corps. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner était un grand choix à choisir (œufs, marrons, waffles, bagels, pain, yogurt, bananes, pommes, céréales, oatmeal ... vous trouverez quelque chose que vous aimez. Ils ont même un grand petit magasin. Je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel avoir autant de choix comme ça. C'était parfait quand Vous étiez en retard pour un match et vous avez besoin de Gatorade et de quelques snacks. La piscine était propre et agréable, je voudrais un tube chaud, mais c'est juste que je suis picky. Même avec un hôtel emballé.. il ne s'est pas senti comme ça. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.

Ma fille part à l'Université de la Falle à Waterloo et cet hôtel est à environ 15 minutes de l'école (faible route) Nous avons séjourné ici pour un total de 2 fois en cherchant un appartement pour ma fille et ses camarades de chambre. Bon séjour à la fois! Vérifiez facilement l'entrée et l'extérieur, parking gratuit, café gratuit et comme un petit-déjeuner 'en prendre et aller' le matin avec du yogurt, des fruits, des bars de puissance, etc. Nous dirons certainement de nouveau quand nous visiterons notre fille. Un hôtel sans fuss !
