This resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!

Très bel hôtel. La piscine n'était ouverte que si vous aviez réservé à l'avance. Le réceptionniste était très gentil à notre arrivée, très arrangeant. Mais la dame qui était à la réception le matin était très impolie lors de notre départ. Elle nous regardait comme si nous étions moins qu'elle. Elle n'a jamais souri, elle ne nous a jamais remercié, elle n'a jamais demandé comment notre séjour n'était rien, est restée là mais a dit grossièrement ok, tu as fini, tu peux y aller maintenant. Si elle n'aime pas son travail, elle ne devrait pas être là. Je ne reviendrai certainement pas si je la vois à la réception à notre arrivée.

La cortina de douche a été rasée et couverte de moule. Peintures partout! Rien n'a été même éliminé. Le café était en forme de café dans le pot ! Le départ derrière le lit était en défaut et évidemment super insécurité. Je n'ai vu la maison où qu'il y avait, cependant, une grande canne de bagages dans la salle. Le fer éclaté sur une nouvelle chemise toute entière.
