Juste à côté de la porte de l'hôtel, le parking est possible. Le service général est OK. Le petit-déjeuner est très pratique pour la chambre, mais la porte du saloon est un peu cadon, les autres sont super!!

Le service est bon, la périphérie de la zone de vue, conduire vers la zone de vue 7-8 minutes. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été pris, 9 h est toujours 9 h 30. Le temps est passé. Le départ est tard.
La chambre est un sentiment économique pratique, moins que la Lijiang de Shanghai. À attendre de ne pas être trop élevé, la famille peut toujours vivre à la fois.

酒店位置太讚了，到了烏鎮汽車站步行幾分鐘就到，然後離景區也很方便，位於東柵景區和西柵景區中間，距離南柵商業街也衹有一步之遙，門票記得買套票，也不貴衹要190，都能玩到。周邊吃喝真的有，前台小姐姐也很温柔，有問必答，還會告訴我們當地人吃飯的地方。最最關鍵的是房間，一進去就有一種感覺住在烏鎮，牆壁都是烏鎮的景。比景區房便宜，房間乾淨，真的太讚了，百分百推薦！

L'environnement est très bon, il ya un beau jardin, le service du personnel est particulièrement enthousiaste, très proche de l'entrée de la zone de paysage de Dongjiang, et il est pratique de manger autour de lui. Le bébé est nouveau et a un goût de décoration dans la chambre. En outre, certaines installations mentionnées lors de la réservation de l'hôtel sur la plate-forme n'ont pas été installées, certaines sont déçues

酒店的位置不錯，緊挨着東柵景區，早上早點起來可以感受無人的景區。距離西柵也不遠，走過去十幾分鍾。
酒店的門臉不明顯，在一個衚衕裏。訂了一間小院子，附屬設施有點老舊，院子裏的花草有點破敗，隔音不是很好。
但是老闆的態度很好，這點給滿分。

Ma femme et moi n'avons eu de vacances qu'en novembre, nous avons donc décidé d'aller à Wuzhen. A cette époque, nous avons réservé le Baibuge Inn en ligne. C'est bien juste de lire les commentaires, mais je veux l'essayer. Lorsque nous avons contacté le patron de la gare routière de Wuzhen, le patron s'est rendu à la gare avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme pour prendre la gare. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'auberge, le patron a présenté la nourriture locale, l'emplacement des jouets et la situation, et nous a donné des coupons de réduction. Dans l'ensemble, ce voyage est dans la bonne humeur. Comme! Louer! Cinq étoiles!

I recently stayed at DiShang Hotel , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

LlschungWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

RRDX01La location est excellente. À seulement 5 minutes à pied de la gare Tongxiang. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et bien équipées avec les équipements.
Le personnel était très utile et le petit déjeuner était typiquement occidental et chinois.

AAmyL'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le clubhouse est situé dans un endroit très central de Wuzhen, l'accès à tout était super convenable. KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, un bagagiste est venu nous aider. Nous nous sommes enregistrés et avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec un lit king-size. Au centre d'accueil, nous avons aidé à réserver le thé du matin pour le lendemain. Choisissez entre le thé du matin ou le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Ce séjour a dépassé les attentes.
Cet hôtel est vieux, donc je n'avais pas de grandes attentes. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel soient un peu vieilles, le logiciel compense tous les problèmes. Chaque employé est très serviable et enthousiaste, et à chaque fois le service est fourni [de manière proactive]. .
De plus, le niveau de service global du parc Wuzhen est très bon. Même les chauffeurs des voitures du parc sont sympathiques, amicaux et serviables.
Les fournitures clients de l'hôtel sont L'Occitane, ce qui me rappelle Shangri-La😂
C'était aussi très confortable pour dormir la nuit
J'ai lu les critiques avant de dire que l'hôtel n'est pas insonorisé. Ce problème n'existe pas. Il est très calme.
Si un hôtel dans une zone pittoresque peut faire cela, je pense que c'est très bien.
Il semble que la direction de l'hôtel soit très efficace en matière de gestion, bravo.
Après mon départ, la réception m'a posé des questions sur mon expérience de séjour.
Toujours très fluide.
J'espère que l'hôtel ira de mieux en mieux.

IInvitéLa maison en bois dans laquelle nous vivons est ancienne, avec une salle à manger au premier étage et des chambres au deuxième étage. La pièce est très spacieuse et vous pouvez voir la rivière à l'extérieur lorsque vous ouvrez la fenêtre. Le restaurant au premier étage a un prix raisonnable et a bon goût. L'hôtel se trouve à une centaine de mètres à pied du site pittoresque et l'hôtel dispose d'un service de taxi sans chauffeur, et la prise en charge et le retour sont gratuits. Le patron et sa famille sont très gentils et répondent toujours à toutes nos questions. Avant notre départ, le patron nous a également offert des spécialités comme du thé aux chrysanthèmes et des gâteaux de tante. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous choisirons cet hôtel la prochaine fois que nous viendrons. Wuzhen.

Wuzhen is very beautiful and as we came at off peak season, got to enjoy photo taking with not much crowd around. IInvitéIt's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing.
From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
