Le petit déjeuner est très confortable, le restaurant est très confortable et le menu klappertart est servi une fois par semaine. Manado porridge est délicieux. les pâtisseries sont délicieux. Le fruit est très frais et doux. La location est très stratégique. A côté de l'hôtel il y a intérieur. Star Square et Mantos sont situés très proche de cet hôtel. L'hôtel n'a pas de vue sur la mer, mais il est très proche de la mer. A côté de la gauche de l'hôtel, il ya beaucoup de restaurants. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Wifi dans la chambre est également souvent instable.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, et il y a aussi des installations de soutien autour, qui peuvent répondre aux besoins des magasins et des restaurants. Mais la conception de l'hôtel n'est pas assez raisonnable, le bâtiment n'est pas haut, mais il est trop long, la distance entre la réception et la chambre est trop longue. Le personnel de service est gentil et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, peu de variétés et prix élevé. Bien que la piscine en filet rouge ait une belle vue, il est dommage que l'eau de la piscine ne soit pas pratique.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado in the Deluxe Sea View Room was fantastic! The view of the sea from my room was breathtaking, and it added a serene touch to the entire experience. La chambre est très agréable. La salle de bain est large. Le lobby est fragrant. Le service est fort et très rama. très utile. Le repas est 1 demande. Il est loin du palais royal. Cet hôtel est très approprié pour le repos. parking. très voulez revenir

JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

IInvitéL'hôtel est situé dans le centre commercial, à proximité du centre commercial, mais la zone de la lobby est au deuxième étage et n'a pas de climatisation. Le terrain où nous avons eu la chambre était aussi la chambre qui nous a offert une belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons donc déménagé dans une autre chambre. Mais malheureusement, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner était simple, mais le lieu où nous avons eu le petit déjeuner était sur le toit avec une belle vue

RRommyS3ndukHotel is in strategic location, the environment is great but once you enter the room everything changes. Room is very dirty, all toilet area are yelowish, lots of stain in bathroom mirror, lots of ants and mosquitos. I tried to complaint to front desk but they said that the ants and mosquitos inside the room is normal at their open boutique hotel. The telephone at the room is not working so i have to use my mobile to contact reservation. Most of the staff has poor attitude, lots of school trainee that obviously NOT being train well by the staff but seems they just using them. For me the number one problem of this hotel is poor Team Member Attitude and Management Leadership and it is affecting the whole hotel operations especially CLEANLINESS. Cleaning the rooms is easy and not expensive all you need is team work, attention to details and daily monitoring. I dont hate the hotel and the team, this is just another form of love which is caring, I care so that i complained. Hope this message will reach the Management Team and Hotel Owner, because I believe Hotel Minahasa has great potential if you guys can manage it well.
