The hotel is lovely the rooms are very nice save for two thing a security night light at the door, I have never seen this before and whilst the bathroom is well appointed if you are 6ft 4 you cannot shut the shower door. we eat in the restaurent and had the beef which was very good and the service by some young polish or Czech carering Students wasexcellent and I beg their apology if I got their nationality wrong. That evening we watched the Ireland v SA game ( I went to SA to play rugby and cricket so to start with I could wind them up ) Of course now I fully support England and if they are not playing I support one of the Home nations, so we were all for one and a great result. The breakfast was very good. overall a lovely place to godd with one of the best golf course in the world within walking distance

Ils ont fait une petite heure de réservation pour les enfants et les enfants. Assis en attendant d'obtenir un déssert pendant une demi-heure plus, alors que trois jeunes garçons avaient un chat vieux, notre table n'était même pas nettoyée, donc à la fin, après qu'on attendait près de 40 minutes, nous nous sommes levés et nous sommes partis, sans déssert, la table n'est pas même pas nettoyée. Un homme âgé était devant moi, un homme de l'employé discutait avec le vieux en disant qu'il avait des chips avec son repas et le vieux dit qu'il n'avait pas, que le pauvre vieux avait des chips, c'était très Il est inconfortable et inprofessionnel de la façon dont le membre du personnel discutait avec lui devant moi. Quoi qu'il en soit, c'était un autre membre du personnel qui m'a traité et pour être équitable, il était un jeune homme beau, je lui ai exprimé ma mécontentement mais je lui ai assuré que ce n'était pas personnel, juste le service en général, Il est allé chercher son superviseur et après 20 minutes d'attente, il est revenu, moins le superviseur et a dit que le superviseur avait dit de couper 10% de mon compte. Je n'ai pas été très bien ce soir, car j'ai souffert de la maladie de Crohn et ce stress ajouté n'a certainement pas aidé. Je retournerais, pas une espoir! À bientôt bien clair, beaucoup d'autres endroits fantastiques à manger à West Limerick/North Kerry.

We visited in early April with our nearly two year old son. This hotel is great for young families with fabulous amenities onsite from the pet farm,playroom, and poo.l. we parked the car and didn't leave for two days. We both got the chance to use the spa facilties, which were top-notch. Breakfast had plenty of choice , the restaurant on both evenings was class. Very friendly helpfull staff couldn't do enough for us. Great chat out of the young bar man also. As a gaa fan, it was nice to see the players of a young limerick & Clare teams popping in for their dinner. Would love to return again this year hopefully Thanking you The Smiths

After a long and lovely trip to Ireland (my first) it was delightful to spend a quiet day and night at the hotel in anticipation of an early morning flight. Well rested, I was delighted by assistance (I have limited mobility) all the way from the hotel across the parking lot pathway to the airport. It was the epitome of compassion and kindness, exhibited throughout Ireland, but as a final reminder of the warmth and generosity of the Emerald Isle.
