Great front office people Very Good and polite front office staff Specially Asst Front Office Manager mr ajay singh with a good hospitality. He made check inn very hassle free and took care of all we wanted to book . Danish and keshav from front oficce also was very polite and greeted very well. Hotel is very beautiful with many recreation facilities

Overpriced!! Staff is totally irresponsible, untidy . Dont know why they are charging too much for so much small room. Everytime , you will see a new person on reception desk. Outsiders, non-guest, everytime keep on sitting in public area near reception desk making guests uncomfortable. Outside Parking space is always full via local residents. Guest will not get proper parking for there cars/vehicles. Food is totally horrible. Overpriced, less in quantity and total tasteless. Toiletries will be provided only when you ask otherwise you will not get them. Provided towels were dirty. Bedsheets were full of dust. Only good thing of this property is location,for which they are charging almost double Nothing else.

Vous devez acheter de l'eau potable saine.. ils fournissent complimentaire 500ML pour une chambre mais absolument chaude ou chaude RO eau 🥵😡 2. Le matin, deux jours, nous avons commandé du thé.. Service pathétique ... Chaque fois que vous devez appeler trois ou quatre fois pour obtenir quelque chose si c'est complimentaire.. 4. Douche non fonctionnant 5. Petite télévision, climatisation inappropriée 6. Pas de verrouillage de la salle de bains à l'extérieur.. Il est ouvert tout le temps Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à personne séjourné de 10-4-2022 à 13-04-2022 .. chambre no 211

Neat n clean hotel area, good food with nice presentation, prime location, parking place.

La chambre est bien décorée et le service est très rapide sans retard et le prix de la nourriture est très économique et goût est délicieux.

It's good to stay here, all staff is very helpful. He taking care of my son who stay first time alone in hotel. So i m really thanks to them
