We stayed here two nights, although the hotel was adequate for our purpose we would absolutely not have wanted to stay here for a week or longer. The reception staff were nice on check in. The pool is a really nice area and we had a really lovely afternoon in and by the pool. The rooms are rather dated. The bathrooms were really nice and modern but the kitchenette was very well worn, the cooker full of rust and the fridge leaking because the small ice box had started to defrost and it needs power to remain on (with the key card in the slot). The kitchenette is not well stocked with pans (only a frying pan) and a t towel and washing up soap is not provided. The chairs for the dinning table were the same as the ones outside. A TV bracket minus the TV was in the main bedroom and only one bedside table which was a little awkward. The main bedroom had a generator of some sort attached to the outside wall and this was noisy all night. There are lots of bugs and if you suffer terribly with bites it would be wise to invest in a plug in bug repellent, because no matter how much we got rid of them they reappeared. The sofa, which I presume also doubles as a bed was very tired and needs to be replaced. Breakfast had a good continental choice and was either inside seating or out. The staff each morning seemed to ignore us and pay attention to other families so each day we just found a table. There was no kids club or activities that we found or that we were told about on check in. It is a good base and you can see that it may have been a 4 star hotel at some point but it really isn’t now. We had a pleasant stay and with a car it is a really good base to explore the region. It was a national holiday and the restaurant offered a meal and entertainment but all courses contained fish and my children are not huge sea food lovers and I am a vegetarian which meant this was not suitable. But all in all a pleasant stay.

La structure est constituée de mini-appartements avec chambre et coin cuisine et terrasse. Elle a été construite pour la période de vacances d'été et a donc ouvert en hiver depuis seulement un an. En effet, les portes des chambres sont dotées de corridors extérieurs et donc froids, et le chauffage à conditionnement à pompe de chaleur a également des difficultés à atteindre le bon chauffage. Mais le lit est confortable même si dans une mini-salle , Le salon avec canapé de lit et coin cuisine est assez grand et confortable. Ainsi, l'ensemble est bien viable et confortable surtout pour deux personnes. La terrasse est grande avec table et chaises mais en hiver, il n'est pas utilisable. Nous avons été quatre nuits. Position bon pour visiter la zone du côté lombard de l'aiguille de Garda.

Si inizia non bene con un addetto alla sbarra del parcheggio che ti invoglierebbe ad andare da un altra parte tanto sprizza simpatia da tutti i pori. Poi per fortuna reception eccellente (un grazie a Deep). Un piccolo problema di armadietto gestito benissimo. Poi iniziano le varie sale, saune, cascate,bagni turchi, piscine di tutti i tipi sia interne sia esterne con vigorosi idromassaggi. Spettacolare la piscina in cui vengono proiettati su un gigantesco monitor a 180 gradi alcuni filmati con musica ed effetti di pioggia vento e nebbia. Pranzo a buffet sufficiente in una bella corte o in sale interne. Pomeriggio si riprendono le varie attività sino all”aperitivo (compreso nel prezzo di ingresso). Servite in piccoli contenitori di vetro ci sono cose di un livello che definire basso è poco, nonostante il prezzo sia di circa 100 euro a persona al giorno. Questo aperitivo è davvero pessimo e certo non in linea con quanto farebbe presupporre la bellezza del posto. Una giornata (per fortuna non troppo affollata) di relax che basterebbe poco a rendere migliore.
