The view from our room was phenomenal. I have not been anywhere or seen anything quite like it. It’s was so therapeutic. My daughter said it was like living in Noah’s Arc – come 3pm and a monkey family make their way to the mango tree outside our room. You can watch sheep and cows walking by in the distance too. Mountain peaks to the left and an insane sea view right ahead. You can see St Kitts in the distance. It’s paradise. Unspoilt, tranquil and serene. The bed was so comfortable. Our room, which is more like an apartment is cleaned daily. All of the staff care about this hotel and the customers. We were greeted and looked after by Derrecka who is graceful, efficient and sophisticated in her approach to hospitality. The manager Christine is lovely and warm and goes the extra mile to make you feel special and welcome. It has a real family vibe. Christine gives us a special tour of the island and we love attending yoga classes with her. The teacher Moira is brilliant. We wanted a massage and they booked an amazing therapist who came to our room. The food in the restaurant is wonderful. The pool is amazing and warm. We chose to take the local bus into town and to the beach, they go fairly regularly from outside the back of the hotel at the bottom of the drive. Mount Nevis has natural beauty and sophistication. My daughter and I had the best holiday here.

My husband and I stayed in a plunge pool room with the most gorgeous views overlooking the pool, ocean and Nevis which I highly recommend. The staff was so friendly and accommodating but I want to give a special shout out to JJ and Atilliah for the exceptional way they treat their customers. Dining at the Great House was always a wonderful experience because the staff, service and food were always very good. However the Fishermen’s Village restaurant needs work on service and friendlier staff. We went to brunch and ordered eggs at the omelette station and the girl took an hour to make the eggs. They should consider changing the cook or having more people working in the omelette station. That being said, I still believe that If you’re looking into a nice relaxing vacation this would be it. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for the views, service and tranquility.

La chambre était très propre, la maison était maintenue chaque matin sans retard. La réception et le personnel de tour étaient très agréables et utiles. Les dames du petit déjeuner Buffet semblaient folles et pas amicales. Nous avons fait sentir que nous étions un ennui de demander quelque chose. Un sourire et être amicaux dans ce milieu est vraiment important. La machine à café a été brisée tout le week-end dans le petit biscuit de l'hôtel. Il était vraiment facile de prendre un taxi et explorer l'île. Il y a une zone appelée la bande à pied de l'hôtel si vous cherchez de la nourriture authentique. Nous avons mangé là tout le week-end. Il était vraiment facile de prendre un taxi et explorer l'île. Nous avons même pu prendre un ferry et explorer Nevis pour le jour. Globalement, vraiment un bon voyage de week-end.
