Le service est bon, la sécurité est très mauvaise et est propre ici, vous pouvez voir la mer, il y a un supermarché très pratique à proximité ～ Silence, il n'est pas bon qu'il y a une cctv à l'entrée, les autres sont OK

The hotel is comfortable and clean, worth with its price. The location is surrounded by Indian stalls and temple. But its not a problem for us. Quite near with Penang Sentral. Overal i have a pleasant stay.

Brand new hotel, with comfortable beds and great rooftop pool!
The room was very good with dressing room area, great shower and clothes steamer, which was an excellent extra.
The breakfast has an excellent choice and very good. However, the food in the restaurant in the evening although tasty it was served lukewarm and disappointing.
There was a minor issue with electrics, which was dealt with quickly and excellent customer service from the staff.
Although the hotel is new and good value, the area is up and coming, the stay was good and would recommend.

Can't complain for its price. But the room did reek heavily of cigarettes during check in, not sure if the smell came from next door as the cigarette smell keeps coming back every night I come back to the room after work, especially in the bathroom where the exhaust fan is.
Otherwise comfortable bed, huge TV, and great location.

If you want a place with supper, this alley is not the right place but good for an overnight stay. The hotel need to upgrade their door system, apparently it requires the receptionist to open the door with masterkey after a certain timing (I check in at 1am) instead my own room key. The room is okay if you are not a fussy person, thank you for having me!

IInvitéNew & Clean around industrial area with Hotel carpark. Near Jln Raja Uda within min by drive not walk. We book family superior room for 3 but with issue only 1 door card. Toilet is not wheelchair user friendly with high stair. After office hours is a like dead town nothing happening unless to Aroma Hotel area. Need car to travel around Bagan/Butterworth, BM n Penang.

TTravellimsLa chambre était spacieuse, propre et lumineuse. L'équipe de gestion était amicale et bonne solution de problème. Peut-être la chambre de configuration et l'entretien peuvent être améliorés. Il n'y avait pas de changement de couverture de matraque propre pendant la configuration de la chambre. La chambre a été détruite par quelques têtes de sol.

EEastherC'est un hôtel très bon, mais il serait mieux si chaque chambre était équipée de vêtements en fer et au moins chaque étage avait un chauffage d'eau pour boire un verre chaud. A proximité de mon lieu de travail, c'est juste un endroit agréable.
