Le service est bon, la sécurité est très mauvaise et est propre ici, vous pouvez voir la mer, il y a un supermarché très pratique à proximité ～ Silence, il n'est pas bon qu'il y a une cctv à l'entrée, les autres sont OK

Very nice & clean hotel. Walking distance to Nasi Kandar Pokok Ketapang. Just the bathroom & toilet not so privacy. But for loving couple who in honeymoon mood very suitable

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at De’ Garden Hotel. The self-service check-in and check-out kiosk made the process seamless and convenient, which I appreciated.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist, including helping with entry to the building.
The parking facilities were guest-friendly and accessible, and the cleanliness of the lifts and the availability of a water dispenser for both hot and cold water were thoughtful touches.
I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, which were spotless.
However, there were a few aspects that could be improved.
1) The soundproofing in the room was less than ideal, as I could hear noises from outside the room and vice versa, which affected the overall tranquility.
2) Additionally, the air conditioner appeared to need maintenance.
As someone who values cleanliness, I noticed some dust in the filter, and I would recommend scheduling regular air conditioner cleaning every two months,
particularly if the units are heavily used.
3) Lastly, the door closures were quite loud, which could easily disturb light sleepers or children.
Addressing this would enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall stay at De’ Garden Hotel was enjoyable, and I look forward to seeing these improvements in the future.

The hotel need to upgrade their door system, apparently it requires the receptionist to open the door with masterkey after a certain timing (I check in at 1am) instead my own room key. The room is okay if you are not a fussy person, thank you for having me!

YYoke KeongL'hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle légère et il est tranquille à la nuit. Il est nouveau et propre. Le parking est disponible mais limité à environ une douzaine. 3 chargeurs EV sont également disponibles. La chambre est assez petite et le lit de la reine est aussi petit. La preuve du son est mauvaise. La porte de la chambre est lourde et quand elle s'arrête, elle boucle. Vous pouvez facilement entendre les gens parler aussi. Il y a un distributeur d'eau et un panneau de fer près de l'ascenseur. Un restaurant chinois est à quelques minutes de marche. Un dépôt RM100 est requis et il y a une taxe locale au-dessus de la charge de la chambre.

TTravellimsLa chambre était spacieuse, propre et lumineuse. L'équipe de gestion était amicale et bonne solution de problème. Peut-être la chambre de configuration et l'entretien peuvent être améliorés. Il n'y avait pas de changement de couverture de matraque propre pendant la configuration de la chambre. La chambre a été détruite par quelques têtes de sol.

IInvitéL'hôtel dispose d'un lobby spacieux et confortable avec quelques salle de bains et un contrôle amical du personnel.
J'ai une petite chambre mais confortable avec un lit unique, et une salle de bain propre avec deux panneaux de portes en verre glissantes courant le long du mur de la chambre avec la douche à une fin, la baignoire au centre n la toilette à l'autre. Il est très bon pour le prix de la chambre.
Beaucoup de nourriture non halal halal n arrête n boutiques à quelques pas de marche, et il ne prend que 10 minutes à pied à la gare KTM, la raison pour laquelle j'ai séjourné ici parce que je dois attraper le train matinal 6.20am

MMZ_LeeBooked this hotel last minute due to heavy traffic and needing a place to rest overnight in Butterworth. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. While the amenities are limited and the room is quite small, it’s sufficient for a simple sleepover.
However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. And, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette throughout the hotel, despite the signs/notice indicating it’s a non-smoking hotel.

EEastherC'est un hôtel très bon, mais il serait mieux si chaque chambre était équipée de vêtements en fer et au moins chaque étage avait un chauffage d'eau pour boire un verre chaud. A proximité de mon lieu de travail, c'est juste un endroit agréable.
