The room is clean and neat, water heater reduced temperature after 10 minutes of shower. Wifi was decent. Room quite small if you take the room with no window but no problem if you’re ok with it, wall is not soundproof. I can hear the room beside me talk.

IInvitéHad a very good staycation for 1 night here with my sister. Thank you to the team who arranged the cake and little decorations for my sister's birthday. Truly appreciated it 🙏.
Check in& check out process was smooth. Breakfast was packed , luckily we did go around 8am.
There are 2 things that disappointed us.
1)The bar at the lobby. We asked the staff if we could bring in outside food but we would like to order drinks from the bar. We know that outside food is not allowed but nothing wrong to ask.
The staff informed us no but we saw there is a foreigner family who bought pizza hut sitting at the bar with family.
2) The smell of pillow cases and duvet. All 4 pillows and duvet had a sour smell that didn't fully dry.
Overall was good , 7/10 👍

From the time we reached till we check out, everything was seamless & service was beyond words.
We were greeted with kompang by their excellent staff. Took them about 15 - 20 minutes to prepare our keys & deposit of 500rm by cash. If by credit card will be RM1k. The view while waiting for our keys was amazing. Light snacks was given while waiting.
Definitely an experience here. Worth every penny. The best experience by far. The service is really on top. I dont know how describe but i will forever remember this place. Thank you so much Anantara!

IInvitéAll is good, location although not at desaturated coast but only 7km away, drive only 15-20mins. Surrounded with domino pizza, nanyang coffee shop and many Malay eatery restaurants. Grocery shop also a lot, beside was SKS mall.
The Only I felt not satisfied is hotel pillow is too soft which totally no support on neck when sleeping.

TthewanderlustLe lieu était bien entretenu et nettoyé. La nourriture était bonne. Les installations à l'intérieur étaient grandes pour la famille. Juste qu'il était trop crowdé. Le contrôle en cours a pris presque 2 heures. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'écran de l'agence gouvernementale en attendant le numéro à appeler. C'était pas une bonne expérience en tenant compte de la somme que nous avons payée pour réserver ici. Le parc a été plein de gens qui se sentaient anxieux d'y être.

HHamimahStaff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

吳吳鎧妡L'hôtel est un peu en bas, je dois demander un changement de lits car j'ai vu qu'il y avait des tiges jaunes sur la couverture du tuyau. Le sous-sol du parking est inondé. Il y a un cockroach dans la salle de bain. La plage est spacieuse et pas si crowdée.

RReen_NFHEverytime i go to pengerang, this hotel will be my choice to stay. The room is quite interesting becoz it was originally 2 storey of cabin/container. The room is big, clean, and for me it was beautiful. There was a swimming pool for adult & kids. The only thing that i a bit dislike is the room did not provide iron & board and also dont have hair dryer. At beginning of stay here i usually ask for the iron. But they took so long to sent it. So a bit dissapointed with the service.

LLimReasonable price, good location near the beach, all rooms are facing the seaview & friendly staff, breakfast spread is quite good for the price.
The facility is quite rundown, lack of maintenance - plants & landscape need to upkeep, turf with litters, aircon is very noise because air filter is choked with dust. Other nearby areas of interest are closed, Ostrich farm & Adventures park. If hotel wants to keep customers coming, they really have to take it seriously to upkeep the whole facility.
