Le hotel est un hôtel très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon. À l'arrivée, le check-in chez la femme ne savait pas si la chambre était déjà propre (on est arrivé à 16h00, le check-in est à partir de 15:00...). Le lit était fait, mais il y avait des vols dans la chambre, des mousquitos morts sur les murs partout, le toilette était sale, il y avait des tingues sur le sol, etc... notre balcon était près du train, donc c'est ça. Il était à 10 degrés dehors mais il était chaud dans la chambre(?) Nous sommes venus pour le spa et nous sommes déçus. La salle de vapeur était cassée, vous devez quitter le tube chaud tous les 5 minutes pour pousser un bouton de tour, il y avait une moule, la piscine sentait comme de l'eau vieille et il était sale partout. Ils ne vous expliquent rien à l'hôtel, donc vous devez savoir que vous avez besoin d'une carte séparée pour accéder au spa, pas seulement votre carte de la chambre. Le restaurant est cher et ils ont oublié notre réservation. Je suis très allergique aux noix et l'ai mentionnée dans mes informations de réservation et à nouveau au début du dîner. Cela ne m'a jamais été arrivé dans aucun restaurant. Nous avons payé pour le dîner avec la réservation, donc seulement nous avons payé pour nos boissons. Le prix était 84 EUROS. Deux thés, un peu d'eau, et une bouteille de vin. Qu'est-ce que l'enfer ....

unfriendly welcome, and overall cleanliness very poor. Dirt on the public floor stayed for the two days at the hotel. There was no room service on the middle day, just a towel (virtual) thrown in. It is a pitty, the location of the hotel is nice, you can sit in the restaurant overlooking the canal, and the parking situation is great around the house. The whole area around the hotel is beautiful.

Een mooi hotel, vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid staan hier hoog in het vaandel. Kamers keurig op orde, schoon en netjes verzorgt. Door de eigenaar en echtgenote wordt samen met het team regelmatig voor de gasten een verrassing georganiseerd, zo hadden wij een mooie wandeltocht met begeleiding en onderweg lekkere warme chocolademelk met een warme gevulde koek. Het was wild dat op de kaart stond dus ook nog een keer extra verrast met hoornblazen door een groep jagers. Helemaal geweldig. Het wild arrangement dat wij geboekt hadden was ook voortreffelijk. Enorm genoten. Kwaliteit gastvrijheid en dit met een persoonlijke tint maakt dit een nieuwe favoriet op onze lijst
