L'amabilité du personnel est incroyable. Nous avons eu un problème avec la voiture et ils n'ont pas hésité à mettre tous les moyens de le résoudre. Personnes grandes et très bons professionnels. L'hôtel est magnifique, très confortables lits et tout très propre. Petit buffet pour le petit déjeuner de qualité et variété. La zone de la lagune et la côte est impressionnante. Nous avons passé quatre jours merveilleux.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre semaine à Inatel. Chambre grande et confortable, très propre. Le personnel est amiable et utile. Excellent emplacement, de notre chambre nous avons une belle vue sur le lac et la mer d'Óbidos. Juste 30 minutes de Caldas da Rainhas. Je vous recommande sans crainte de ne pas être déçu.

Le service est un accueil très confortable, le bar est très confortable et le bar est très confortable. Il a fait notre séjour extra spécial. Il a fait de bons cocktails et sa sangria blanche est super belle (je recommande très fortement). Le lit est si confortable et il y a un service de tournage à la nuit avec des chocolats restés sur le lit. La propreté est également très bonne. Il y avait des appartements à côté de l'hôtel qui est bon pour les familles. Elle est également un terrain de golf avec beau paysage. Nous avons eu une très relaxante séjour et j'utilise la piscine chauffée à l'intérieur presque pour toujours. Le petit déjeuner est un style buffet qui serve des aliments chauds et continental qui a eu une variété de choix. Les pâturages sont aussi magnifiques, ma préférée est pastel de nata. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce centre d'hôtel pour une vacances relaxantes. Il est à environ 20 minutes de route de la ville d'Obidos et de la vieille ville (une personne doit visiter) avec un grand caractère. Nous avons noté que les gens sont très aimables. P.S. il y avait belles plages près, à quelques minutes de route. Globalement, nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel pour une vacances relaxantes et parking.

From the condition of the villas to the quality of hospitality offered by staff, this was a huge disappointment. The villas have not been maintained, as evident from many deteriorating aspects throughout. Best example are the bathrooms, where the tiles do not lay flat, and the grout is cracked and very dirty. Ditto for the caulking around the tub. There's a skylight which does not let much light in due tot he accumulation of dirt and debris. The villas were two stories, and our downstairs level, which included the kitchen and living area, was overrun with ants. Not my favorite early morning activity to collect and dispose of hordes of ants. Also, we did not know what was decaying off the patio, which is off the sliding door from the living area, but there was a large community of flies which prevented us from using the patio or even going outside through the sliding doors. I requested that the ”resort” address these issues but, in the 5 days we were there they did not do a thing. Also, there were steep stairs leading down to the entry door, and the railing was very loose and covered with some sticky substance. Again, I asked for this to be addressed so I didn't have to worry about falling the stairs, and it was never taken care of. We had dinner at the ”club” the first night and the food was terrible. Finally, we had made reservations five months in advance for TWO villas, as we were attending a family wedding in Obidos. When we arrived, the staff told us that no, we only had a reservation for ONE villa. They were quite insistent, until we showed them the email confirmation of the reservation. Even then, they were not apologetic. They found a second villa, but it was not convenient to the first, but they said that was all they could do. We also discovered that the wedding planner had come earlier with two welcome boxes, since she knew there were two parties staying a Bom Successo, but the hotel staff told her that only one party was staying there. However, they claimed, to us, that the wedding planner only brought the one welcome box. Did they not think we would talk to her and find out they were just lying? We were promised that the hotel would provide a remediation for us (we suggested a significant discount was in order) due to the abysmal treatment and the deficient accommodations but, despite repeated inquiries, nothing was ever addressed. All in all, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

L'hôtel était beaucoup mieux que prévu. Bien que les chambres soient vieilles, elles sont propres et ont toutes les installations que vous avez besoin. Nous avons même eu un réfrigérateur qui a été bien utilisé par nous 🍷. Le personnel est excellent et ne pouvait pas faire assez pour nous. Les chambres ont été nettoyées chaque jour. Il n'y avait pas de balcon et nous l'avons manqué. Le petit déjeuner était joli mais le même jour tous les jours. Le dîner était principalement bon (style de buffet) et de bonne valeur à 12e. Beau piscine. Parking gratuit. Bien qu'il y avait climatisation, il n'était pas disponible à l'usage en raison de Covid. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, le centre de la ville est très bien situé.
