IInvitéSecond time coming to T&C, but first time staying here. Classic saying of “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” applied to this visit. The property was nice, the beach (as usual) was immaculate with beautiful water…BUT that won’t change as you choose most of the accommodations on Grace Bay. Your overall experience however can change dramatically from choosing one property over the other. The grounds are kept very clean and neat, with lush perfectly landscaped gardens throughout. The ocean view suites are very spacious and nice. However… We came back from the beach our second day here and found that we had no running water at all. Called the front desk went back and forth for 10 minutes before maintenance finally came and told us that they had shut the water in our room off because the water heater had a leak, and now they wanted to come back and replace it. Less than ideal when you have dinner plans in 40 minutes and no running water after a day out. So we leave them to do their thing in the room and leave for the night. Come back around midnight and go to take a shower…water runs, but won’t get hot!!! We’re pretty pissed at this point and decide to sleep it off. The next morning we go down to the front desk, and a manager “escorts” us back to the room to feel the water as if we don’t know what hot water feels like only to say “yeah, there’s no hot water”…thanks so much for the ground breaking info! Maintenance comes back to the room again and says they need to work on the water heater….again. After a day and a half of no water/cold water we were given a fruit/cheese platter with a genetic “sorry for the inconvenience” note. At the end of the whole ordeal and a little back and forth we ended up getting a discounted rate for our last night and felt that was sufficient. Overall, we were happy with the property itself, and aside from the water debacle we had a nice stay. I’ll break down the cliff notes below: -Property: 4/5, just beautiful all around. Kept very clean and tidy. The only gripe I have is there’s not much relief from the heat in the way of AC. Your best bet during lunch is getting one of the seats at the beach bar so the fan hits you. -Beach: 4/5, kept immaculate. Crystal clear water and pristine white sand. The issue was the seating. The loungers were all placed so tightly together that you’re on top of each other at times. People get out early and take the front row then never return to their chairs all day. Very annoying especially when the front row is all gridlocked and you have to walk all the way around to get into the water. Not sure why the other resorts on the beach seem to have a nice pattern but here they couldn’t get it down. -Pool: 3.5/5, no frills but a nice size and was always kept clean. The swim up bar was nice to have although service was often very slow. (Island time to the max) same deal with chairs, people come out early throw towels down and never come back. Still easy to find chairs mid day though. -Room: 3

Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres sont belles, les vues sont belles, le lit est si confortable, la pression de douche est étonnante, le service est étonnante, il y a juste autant de choses étonnantes que je ne sais même pas où commencer. J'ai eu le plaisir de manger. Lorsque j'ai eu ma chambre, je n'étais pas prête, je suis allé à Zest et j'ai eu le snapper rouge. 10 sur 10 recommandations! Mon vermine était Carlande, et je l'ai vue pratiquement tous les jours que je suis allé manger. Elle était étonnante et si douce! Je suis venue à cette arrivée, et tout le monde avec lequel j'ai interagi était étonnant. Leur personnel m'a fait remarquer que je suis heureux, mais mes trois premiers seront certainement Carlande, Francesca et Ruth. Francesca a pris ces impressionnantes photos de moi et a eu des angles et des photos multiples! Les gens ne le font pas toujours et quand je vous dis qu'elle a pris des photos de FURE, je ne peux pas attendre de les poster. Ruth, je dirais littéralement bonjour à Ruth chaque fois que je la vois parce qu'elle avait juste cet esprit d'amour pour elle. Elle était si utile et toujours gentille. Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Je suis très heureux de voir les gens qui ont été très heureux, et je suis très heureux de voir le personnel et l'ensemble du camping comme je reviendrai. La barbecue qu'ils ont sur la plage samedi soir, le friand est si bon ! J'avais aussi la biscuite à l'indigu et c'était aussi super. Je ne suis pas un boisson, mais ils semblent certainement regarder le liqueur quand ils font des boissons, alors si vous êtes un grand fan de l'alcool, vous allez certainement apprécier vos boissons ici.

KKimberly FThis was our first time in Turks & Caicos and we booked the Windsong based on a recommendation from friends. We were pleased to discover it was everything they said and then some! The staff was friendly, the room was incredible, the beach was spectacular. The room includes a daily breakfast which was much better than a typical continental breakfast. It includes several fresh options and is served by accommodating staff. The beach was pristine and there's a reef area for snorkeling right outside the hotel. This was not an all-inclusive experience which for us made it much more pleasant and personal. The food (and drinks) at the 2 on-site restaurants was excellent and probably much better than you would get with an all inclusive package. The general manager (Annette) walked around the property daily to ensure all guests were happy and taken care of. We were impressed by all the wait staff and bartenders, especially Youvline, Angenie, Marcson, who went out of their way to make us feel like family. The concierges Khalil and Garey were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to assist with all our needs. We just left last week and are already looking forward to our next trip back to the Windsong.

Our Club Lounge check-in was a ritual in class! Greeted by the local rum punch at the lobby then ushered in the Club Lounge for the check-in not at the front desk. Our Junior Suite was ready when arrived 2 hours ahead of check-in time. Grace bay beach is among the best in the world and it greets us through our balcony every morning! The staff are all helpful and cheerful. While we know what we are getting when we stay at the Ritz, it is the people that makes the difference! The Club Lounge Team: Wildley, Sirhan, Cris, Ritchie, Yierly and ladies there! Other staff: Mark Pagas, Marty, O’neil. Darling, Sammy and Julius (BLT), Randy (Casa Nonna). Formidable
We stayed at The Sands on Grace Bay twice, November 2022 and November 2023. On both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - hence the reason we returned in Nov 2023 after our initial stay in Nov 2022. We stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom, living room, fully functional kitchen and balcony. The staff are lovely and very responsive to your needs. The beach and the beach facilities are on par with what you would expect from a top quality resort on Grace Bay. Even at busy times we always found sun chairs and umbrellas available. The sand is pristine powdery white and the water is crystal clear. We are certain that we will return to The Sands on Grace Bay in the near future.
