We booked a one night stay to celebrate our daughter's birthday with friends and family. My in-laws flew in from Florida and were staying at the hotel all week. We requested a two bedroom suite next to them. The hotel said they could accommodate our request. When we went to check in there was no one at the reception desk. Eventually some rude woman asked if we were all set. I told her I was there to check in. She said they moved our reservations to the Springhill Marriott down the street. No one emailed or called me to inform me of this change. I asked if it was a two bedroom suite and she said no. She said the new room had two queen beds. She said that because my original suite technically had two queen beds, one in each bedroom that this was comparable and that I could take it or leave it. This change of plans had our family split between two hotels. Not ideal for a party. Additionally, the new room didn't have a kitchen or living room with a pullout sofa like we had planned. I understand that the hotel had a sprinkler malfunction and it flooded out half the hotel but giving away our room and not notifying us was beyond unprofessional. Can I also say that there were two police in the lobby because the hotel was having difficulty evicting a resident from one of the flooded rooms and that this hotel serves as a shelter for the state. I wish I had know this before booking. I feel like other future customers should know this. Needless to say this place operates more like a shelter than an actual hotel. How this place can call themselves a Marriott is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le petit déjeuner est très bon et tout le monde a trouvé quelque chose. Les enfants n'avaient pas d'importance, les garçons étaient toujours utiles. J' ai dû descendre au bureau de front et acheter quelques choses et alors que j' attendais mon tour cette femme criait à la fille derrière le compteur il était terrible de témoigner ce type de comportement mais elle était très rude même dehors avec un autre invité . Après avoir été la folle dame Ift , j' ai parlé à la jeune dame travaillante et lui ai dit qu' elle était extrêmement professionnelle et qu' elle n' aurait pas dû être traitée de cette façon . Rebecca cette entreprise est si heureuse de vous avoir. Le personnel est très bien placé , mais il est très bien placé , et il est très bien placé , et il est très bien placé , et il est très bon de vous rendre à l' hôtel .
Nous n'avons pas séjourné ici depuis avant la pandémie. Nous sommes venus visiter la famille. La chambre que nous avions était assez spacieuse et bien désignée. Le principal lobby a un feu de gaz, mais il n'est pas vraiment un endroit qui invite le salon. Le personnel est tout à fait très aimable. Le bar ne doit pas être manqué, grâce à Alex, le barman! Il est ami et charmant. Et skip dessert pendant que vous êtes sorti et avez le gâteau chaud de chocolat et un cocktail au bar pendant que vous chattez avec Alex.

Plus points-- Easy access off hwy free easy parking suite had kitchen w/full size fridge 2 bedroom 2 baths free hot breakfast each morning. very clean beds comfy lots of pillows 3 tvs. Sue ann at the front desk cold not be nicer as we needed trash bags and more coffee --minus points needs updating kitchen cabinets etc more cups plates cutlery was needed. Couch was ready to be thrown out fireplace wont work bec thermostat needed batteries these upkeeps can be easily done but i guess management does not bother. It is the best you will get in this areawe were with others this weekend and they stayed at other hotels around the same price but a small or no fridge and no anenities. Overall if we had to stay in Andover again would surely return to homewood suites.
Nous étions seulement restés une nuit, c'est le type d'hôtel que nous aimerions. Plus, étant membres de Marriott Bonvoy, nous avons reçu une chambre sur un étage haut de l'ascenseur. Yay. L'enregistrement était sans soudure. Nous étions dans notre chambre de style suite en minutes. L'hôtel dispose d'une zone de bureau/cuisinière séparée de la zone de couchage. Notre chambre a regardé sur la zone boisée au fond de l'hôtel, mais vu la position de cet hôtel à la fin de la route, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait beaucoup de bruit de la même façon. La zone de petit déjeuner était un peu écrasée par la façon dont la nourriture est mise en coquille. Mais rien qui ne peut être surmonté avec une petite patience. Ils offrent la distance standard de œufs engrais, pattes de sauce et waffles. Vu notre temps limité, c'était la fin parfaite.
The hotel was perfect. The room was clean, the staff were very nice. The gym was new and clean as well. We were upgraded to the 2-room suite with 2 double beds. The shower design was very intelligent, having a door that fully closed instead of a gross curtain. Netflix was available in the room and the AC was perfect. The beds were plenty comfortable and we felt very valued as status holders. The breakfast was delicious and featured many options. As a platinum elite ambassador with Marriott Bonvoy I have stayed in numerous hotels - and for this one night trip in Andover I was pleasantly surprised!
Da un Hilton, benché DoubleTree, ci si aspetta qualcosa in più. La moquette nelle stanze è datata e mostra segni del passaggio di molti ospiti. Anche il condizionatore nelle stanze è un po' vecchio e quindi rumoroso. Con l'opportuna manutenzione sarebbe davvero top. In ultimo, il pub interno chiude alle 22... Hilton is one of the top hotel chains and, even though a DoubleTree, I was expecting the usual quality. The room's carpet shows the moltitude of guests that walked on it and the air-conditioing system is quite outdated and noisy. With the righ remodernization, it should be top. Last but not the least, the internal bar closes at 10pm only....
Le terrain de notre chambre était couvert de crémaux et de places adhésives. Il n'avait pas été vidé dans plusieurs séjours. Il y avait des moules et des peintures dans la douche, des dispositifs de pipe rustiques. Nous avions 3 serviettes pour 4 personnes à doucher. Les cortèges tombent de la barre et ne couvrent pas la fenêtre, ce qui rend difficile de dormir au-delà du soleil. Il y avait un bouquet d'eau sale qui se goutte du plafond au milieu du lobby. Il n'a été marqué que par de petits signes, sans lumière, et il a fallu conduire par un parking de la boutique de donuts. Après avoir entraîné le parking, la moitié de celui-ci était sombre, ombragé et très insécurisé. Nous ne pouvions pas sortir assez vite.
Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.
First and foremost, I’d like to say that the staff here are all wonderful people. Indeed the best part of my stay. Hotel pluses: - Parking is great. - Location is close enough to get to anywhere easily. - Friendly helpful staff. - Comfy bed. - TV channels are great. - Laundry room & machines are well maintained and clean. - Rooms are a nice size. - Great wifi Hotel minuses: - Dated, could use some love. - What needs to look clean does but if you want a hotel that is actually clean everywhere , this is not your place. - Carpets need a cleaning desperately, in rooms and in all hallways. - There was always a weird smell in the hallway and in my room. Given that there are kitchenettes in each room, a bit of a cooking smell is expected. But this was ALL the time and was quite sour. - The room was clean enough when I checked in, bathroom wasn’t exactly clean. The tub and toilet were still dirty, I went to the grocery store and bought some cleaning products to take care of it. I did also buy some antibacterial room spray for the carpet & curtains to help with the smell. Helped a little bit but still slept with the window open a crack. - I was there 9 nights, was told that if I wanted housekeeping to my room it was an extra charge. Honestly for $169 American a night, housekeeping should be included at least once. I know it’s hard to find staff after covid and I think I can contribute a few of the minuses to that fact. If they cleaned the carpets and gave the curtains a run through the wash on a regular basis, hired a few more staff and maybe had a few more set rules for noise after a certain time. I’d stay again but not until those things happen could I give more than two stars to this place.
