My spouse and I took a random overnight trip to Marshall to explore the area and spent a Friday night in September 2020 at this Quality Inn. Prior to the trip, I'd kind of wanted to stay at this specific hotel because of its location off the highway. We arrived at just about the official check-in time of 3 p.m. on Friday, but unfortunately our room wasn't ready yet. (Our hope was to get settled in at the hotel before going out and exploring the town, but that wasn't possible due to the room not being ready.) We went off and did a few things around town and then came back at around 5:30 p.m. to check in. Fortunately, our room was ready then, but we were told that the room had been ready about 5 minutes after we left around 3. Because of how only 5 minutes had passed, I couldn't help but wonder whether someone at the front desk could have given me a call to let me know... since they had my phone number as part of the reservation. Anyway, our room (#231) was clean and comfortable. It had kind of a strange smell but it wasn't a problem. We slept very well that night, which was really nice. This hotel does have a couple of amenities that would have been nice to use. The indoor pool and hot tub were still closed due to the pandemic, and the business center computer in the lobby wasn't working very well when I was trying to use it to surf the Internet and check my social media. Breakfast wasn't available, so we grabbed breakfast elsewhere and brought it back to the hotel to eat on Saturday morning. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again in the future on another overnight visit to the area... perhaps after the pandemic is over. Despite the inconvenience of not being able to check in at 3:00, the staff at the hotel were friendly overall. I just can't justify giving the property higher than a 3-star rating. (If it were possible for me to give it 3.5 stars on TripAdvisor due to the general cleanliness of the room and the fact that we got a good night's sleep, I would. The rate was reasonable too, so that was good.)

L'hôtel est magnifique, mais il est mal couru. Il a fallu près de 30 minutes pour que mon mari soit check-in à 7h30 à la nuit. Nous avons été facturés $50 pour notre chien. Merci, nous avons notre chien, parce qu'il a fait ce que le personnel n'a pas fait ... Et c'est la protection de notre vie privée. À 10 h 30, un homme qui prétendait avoir été donnée la même chambre par la même dame de la table frontale, est entré dans notre chambre pendant que nous dormais. Il semble drôle ... Sûr jusqu'à ce que vous pensez que mon chien aurait pu avoir senti la nécessité de nous protéger en mordant l'homme qui a entrer dans notre espace de sommeil quand nous sommes couchés nus. Ou jusqu'à ce que vous pensez à quel point vous serez embarrassée de descendre au petit déjeuner le matin suivant, seulement pour courir dans l'étranger qui vous a vu nue la nuit précédente. Donc si vous ne vous dérangez pas de voir des étrangers nus gratuitement ... Restez ici. Sinon, allez à côté de la porte à Hampton Inn.

Excellent value and one of the most nice Quality Inns we have stayed at. Rooms was good size. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet here is actually a breakfast buffet with Sherrie doing a amazing job service. Eggs Bacon Sausage Biscuits and Gravy. (Servé par la Sherrie incroyable) Bagels pain en anglais et muffins doux à toast ou à prendre. La machine à waffles a une baisse de céréales qui est assez incroyable. Le lait de thé de café est bouteille d'eau. fruits frais. Pas sûr de quoi vous pouvez demander dans quelques petits déjeuners. Le bureau d'entrée et de sortie était amiable et efficace. Tout en tout un grand séjour ... et une voiture de moins de 5 minutes ou un transbordeur gratuit au ******. Très impressionné!

Très bel hôtel. Le sol de la piscine était très sale. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes de piscine disponibles. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée. Le petit déjeuner était correct, il n'y avait pas grand-chose de disponible quand nous sommes descendus à 9h du matin

I travel alone often tbrough this area & have always stayed elsewhere out of habit and fir cost effectiveness . My experience at Best Western Battle Creek was so goid I will make the change to continue to book there. I felt safe & comfortable. Customer service was excellent
