Kicked off a long awaited family trip on a miserable note thanks to the Centennial. Stayed here for one night & it was truly a nightmare. Drove to Concord NH from Philly-- my family had been up since 4am & checked into the hotel at 4pm totally exhausted, hoping to take a nap. Entered our room, which was over the restaurant, & the music below us was bumping so loud that it sounded like we were above a packed bar. (Meanwhile it was a Monday & the restaurant was closed & totally unoccupied...) We called the front desk & requested the music to be lowered & they said they would try. Nothing changed, so we asked front desk staff face to face on the way to dinner if they could turn the music off by 9pm, they said ”we can make that happen.” Walked back in after dinner & they made a point to comment that they were were turning it off soon! (Again, the restaurant was lights off & totally unoccupied with music blasting.) 9, 10, then 11pm came & went & the music was still blaring. To the point where neither ear plugs nor headphones playing white noise could block out the drum beats. At this point, we're almost 24 hours without sleep. Between phone calls & face to face requests over a span of 7 hours, we asked for the music to be lowered 6x in total. Shortly after 11pm the music was finally turned off. We were told that maintenance had to come onsite to do it which still doesn't make sense to me-- as a professional hotel, you would think that there would be a way to control the volume of the music from a remote area such as the front desk, but it did not appear that this was the case. As a side note, when we were approaching hour 7 with no resolve, we tried commenting on the hotels Instagram. They deleted the comment within less than 2 minutes. Googled the manager of the hotel & his contact was no where to be found.

Je me suis promené à l'hôtel Concord, vivant et exploitant une entreprise à 8 km, m'interrogeant sur une nuit. Ma femme et moi avions réservé au O's Steak and Seafood, et prévoyons de voir un film au Red River Theatre. Le trajet de retour aurait été assez facile. Cependant, Michele Gibeault a écouté mon enquête et s'est montrée professionnelle, accueillante et vraiment intéressée à m'accommoder en surprenant ma femme avec une «stacation» de Concord. Bref, elle s'est révélée parfaite. Michele et tout le personnel (petit déjeuner continental le jour, le soir et le matin) étaient tout simplement superbes. Nous avons apprécié la suite Capital et une fois garée, nous n'avons jamais quitté le bâtiment cette nuit-là. Nous avons traversé la porte arrière pour O's Steak and Seafood. Nous avons ensuite pris l'ascenseur du hall de l'hôtel directement au Red River Theatre. Merci Michele et tout le personnel pour une parfaite concordation à 8 km de notre maison. Nous vous reverrons tous.

Le personnel est très bien, le lobby est très bon, les chambres sont très belles et les chambres sont très belles. J'ai apprécié le gel de douche et le shampooing et le conditionnement disponible dans les pompes pour notre utilisation. La chambre a été confortable et confortable. Il y a un petit bistro sur place pour le matin et le soir, j'avais un peu de nourriture et de boissons, mais j'avais aussi commandé la livraison de nourriture parce que j'avais voulu des aliments locaux moins chers.

Nous sommes en séjour dans cet hôtel pendant plusieurs années, sans problèmes, avec une meilleure conscience des voyages et de la propreté, le Residence Inn a complètement manqué la marque! La première chambre qui nous a été donnée était incroyablement poussières, mais ce qui m'a placé sur le bord était quand j'ai vu quelque chose sur la porte de la chambre qui semblait être un petit chocolat ou peut-être une tasse de sang. La chambre était un peu plus propre que la première, mais encore assez poussières. La zone de piscine semble qu'elle n'ait pas été éliminée depuis un certain temps, le pavillon de la piscine avait plusieurs points qui venaient, la cour de basket n'était pas sûre, la zone fermée était tordue qui est incroyablement dangereux si un enfant jouait Le personnel et les services de l'hôtel sont aussi bons que jamais. Nous avons séjourné là de nombreuses fois et aimions continuer à avoir cet hôtel à notre NH aller.

Notre expérience était grande le service grand le personnel était ami Le petit déjeuner était délicieux une grande variété quelque chose pour tous dans la famille La chambre était très propre et aussi propre ! Nous aimé le fait que la chambre avait un siège supplémentaire dans la chambre il y avait beaucoup d'espace de bureau pour mon portable et mon travail de papier Ma fille a plu la piscine et chaud Je dois admettre la plupart des piscines d'hôtel et des tubes chauds ne sont pas le plus propre et le odeur de chlore shoak you but There pool area was clean the smell of pool chlorine was light it was not humidite fresh clean pool towels access to the bathroom for the kids The gym area was just a great very spacious Down in the lobby the have a nice little store area where you peut acheter des snacks petits repas boire une micro-ondes pour faire vos prix de nourriture raisonnable Les télévisions ont une grande qualité et obtenir la sélection d'applications Internet TV local et plus

I had a nice experience at this hotel the receptionist super nice, the place cleaned and cute, location 4 minutes driving from the Downtown, the hotel pool was nice and they have also hot tub plus sauna with is a plus for the guests. I’m totally happy with my staying at this hotel. I also brought my two dogs to the hotel they are pet friendly and my check in was super smooth…

Trendy budget hotel brand, lacking standard amenities, at a premium price. I travel frequently and generally like Hilton properties, so I tried Tru branded hotel while traveling through Concord, NH - for the first, and now last time. First, it's seriously overpriced, even compared to much nicer and roomier Hilton brands. Our room was tiny, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was not enough room for two people to pass side by side. The furniture looked like it came from a DIY big box store. There was no closet, just a few hooks protruding from the already narrow corridor (that I caught my arm on 3 times) between the bed and the bathroom, and a hanger rod attached to the wall and ceiling. There was no microwave and one basic office-style chair at a small desk. The soap dispensers are about the size of a tube of caulking, and you need to squeeze them. We were generally pleased with the overall cleanliness and physical condition of the room, but otherwise we were very disappointed. Finally, the breakfast bar was attractive, but again, options were quite limited. So, if the hip minimalist dorm room vibe at a premium price is your thing, you may like this brand, otherwise stay with the tried-and-true brands and enjoy more space, more amenities, and save a little money.

Les chambres sont très propres, confortablement assemblées, calmes et bien décorées. Le lit n'est pas assez bas pour une femme âgée de 5', avec des problèmes de mobilité, de jambe, de hanche, de douche, pas de bars à la serrure, sauf pour les bars à toile attachés aux portes de verre mobiles. Une matinée, l'alarme de feu a déclenché 4h30. Bow FD est arrivé rapidement. Une chambre semblait impliquée dans le pulvérisation des sprayeurs. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très efficace pour trouver des chambres à d'autres propriétés pour les invités dans une aile; notre aile a été laissé à nouveau dans environ 5h30. Voulons-nous rester là encore? Oui !

Le Quality Inn dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin avec le petit déjeuner au matin et tout est à la norme. Il est situé dans une grande localisation avec une station de gaz juste à côté de lui. Il y avait un grand homme effrayé, barbellé, qui se promenait en plein air et qui portait des gens et des jeunes qui se fêtent et se débarrassaient de tout. Ils ont eu 6 hommes dans leur chambre à un moment où ils boivent des bières. En général, j'ai été impressionné par l'hôtel et la valeur qu'ils pourraient offrir en tant qu'option d'hôtel budget.
